Horrible experience!!! Customer service is absolutely crap!!! I ordered a part for my dryer, after waiting forever, received no shipping info, and got the WRONG part. I contacted Kitty who pretends to be concerned, and explained the situation. She said she would handle the problem. Now, turns out, she doesn't even have the parts, so , after waiting another couple weeks, I received a part, nothing similar to what I purchased. I paid 80 dollars for a 3 dollar part ! Rip off!!! It's been months and she still hasn't resolved my problem!! Thanks for nothing!!!

This woman is a horrible person and runs a company that fudges numbers on her taxes and lies. I lost my husband tragically and she fired me the same day he passed locked me out of our home and kept all my and his stuff from furniture to personal she even stole my cat!! She physically attacked me she is a evil person and a liar that's gotten away for way to long!!

Buyer Beware.Ordered a tub from them for 799.PAID for the tub.Received confirmation via email confirming the order, receipt of payment, the price and free shipping.Called the following day to tell me that the price went up $200. Refused to honor the price that they were asking when I BOUGHT AND PAID for the tub.It's absolutely absurd to retroactively enact a price increase.

They do such great business. Customers definitely come first. Don't quite know about an item, no problem they definitely go above and beyond to help you pick the perfect fit for you. Definitely recommend ProGroom!

Oh I so diaagree with the two negative post reviews! The rep Mskitti is awesome! She helped us set up our new shop and went way and beyond out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed before opening our doors to the public. The products included Edemco Tables, Grooming Arms, and Dryers. It was indeed alittle slow about receeiving but Edemco had recently lost a long time employee that had passed suddenly and they were hit by the blizzard and one power outage in the Colorado area which left them without power for 2 and 1/2 weeks which put them behind in putting there product out. I had called Edemco personally as MsKitti asked me too, and Edemco informed me that they also had a machine break down due to their misfortune of power outages and a blizzard. Edemco also told me they were not getting there emails or calls do to this. So don't blame ProGoom for the wrath of Mother Nature they had no control. Your reviews are NASTY and HORRIABLY UNTRUE!!!!

Ordered cages Jan31st and was told 4 weeks and it would be sent for delivery. It has been 9 weeks as of March 4th and still cannot give me a date as to when they will be shipped. I called two weeks prior and told me they would be shipping out later that week and had to call again today to wonder where my 1300$ order is plus a 230 shipping fee. They claim a one week long power outage because of weather but no email or phone call was made. Progroom needs to work on thier customer service in situations like this cause if I would of known it would take 9-10+ weeks I would of ordered a different cage from a different company.
