Best car buying experience we've ever had! Gabe and John were so personable and helpful and worked hard to get our business! Robert in the business office was very knowledgeable and efficient so from start to finish we felt very taken care of and walked away feeling like we established a long term working relationship. Highly recommend this small town dealership experience!

When I called about a Trailblazer that was on its way to the dealership, I was transferred to Jordon Blackmon. He is a super sweet and was as excited as I was to purchase the vehicle. We set up a test drive with a Trailblazer that was on the lot. He answered every question I had about the vehicle and showed me around the car. I also spoke with John Willis. I had already set up financing with my bank, but John found me a better deal, which I was super stoked about. Jordon kept me updated on when my new buggy would arrive and met me at the dealership when it was time to do the paperwork. He even indulged my desire not to see my new car before the paperwork was done. Robert Brecht is so kind, organized and knowledgeable with the paperwork. He explained options and we discussed what would be best for me. The entire experience was AWESOME, and I would gladly recommend Sterling Navasota to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. Jordan was phenomenal. I was hesitant about purchasing a car over the phone/email but the staff at Sterling Navasota were great. There were no surprises or hidden fees. We were in and out in less than an hour, which is rare when purchasing a new vehicle. They will definitely be on the top of my list next time I go to purchase a new vehicle.

Everything was perfect until I got back into my vehicle to drive off! The seat had been adjusted for some reason for the convenience of the technician to drive! Did not change it back to my settings

y husband and I went to purchase a truck we got approved for the truck. I feel like I was tormented just because my husband brings home 8,000 a month and he's black.. I was told to send check stubs and more check stubs and our information was ran through the credit data base... Now my credit score was decreased and no vehicle.. Was asked to put 5500 down which we had then it was another issue. I never felt discrimination in my life until I went here.

Got an oil change and rotate. Was in and out pretty quick, maybe 45 mins. Employees were nice.

Oil all over my new driveway. Someone didn't put the screw back in the oil pan post oil change. Probably not the best service in town, at least for oil changes,
