Why isn't there any automatic system phone number to check your balance during holidays? Why do we need a human being to do an artificial intelligence job?There are many people who can't use technology or devices of any kind to use the app so they can check their balances that the only way that they can do it is by calling the phone number.I hope they don't remove that service like every other companies are moving services. Like my cell phone service I have to call them to have them send me a text message so I can be sent to a specific website in order for me to pay my bill. Why does everything have to be so complex.

I was approved for a car loan the bank only wanted to pay 85% which wasn't the problem loan officer Jamie Moore was supposed to be more of a help since she got the loan approved she got credit for that and basically ignored my emails and calls while I was sending info for cars to see if I could get the car I was even at car lots emailing and calling leaving messages no response very unprofessional

Was charged $10 to replace a debit card that was stolen and the card was falling apart. Wish I can charge them everytime my card information was stolen and for my time that I have to sit in the bank to get it straightened out. There's a reason why they have a 3 star.... Don't bank here

Gabe Norwood in the fraud department made me sign this paperwork stating they will not able to recover any stolen , fraudulent transactions. After my card was blocked for fraudulent charges. Which was returned to me by the company of the charges NOT 5 point Credit Union. Made me wait an hour just to get a new debit card I took out all my money from money market afterwards since my money is not safe e basically you can't bank with someone who fails to keep your life savings safe. They might make you sign paper work just to give you your money back.Thanks Gabe for making my experience so memorable. (Don't bank here they do not care about members here.)

If I could give 0 stars I would. The women at this location are so unprofessional I'm not even sure how they made it past the interview phase. The fraud department associates must think they work for the Internal Revenue Service the way they monitor your accounts and will even lock them if you don't answer their MANY calls. This Credit Union sucks!! I CANNOT WAIT to withdraw my money and move the funds to MCT. Between them making up rules as they go, holding checks for their own silly reasons, and locking people's cards from Cashapp and ATM transactions, I've had ENOUGH. Bank somewhere else, take it from me!!!

SO OVER 5 POINT CREDIT UNION. changing banks.Customer service is unprofessional AND so is the manager. The manager couldn't help about this ongoing issue with our checks lately in pending status making our bills bounce. They are telling me they dont see pending checks? We see see pending.funny when the check post last time as I get of the phone with them and after they fee us to death. It's been clock work over 4years paid same day. Now they tell me they going to change when we get paid what day etc. This time I have screenshots and conversations .Careless and heartless people. They have a dont care attitude that rubbed me the wrong way.

Big shout out to LeKiesha and the loan officers. I came in to get pre approved for a vehicle. As an independent contractor who just started their career and earns cash it wasn’t the easiest to show proof of income. They gave me a chance and now I can get the vehicle I wanted. They worked hard to get me approved and with a great rate. Thank you guys for helping me and trusting me.

Ms. Dalleshia Grogan is awesome. She helped me change my password, set me up so I can pay my car loan online, and is very patient. What impressed me the most she knew the banking side and IPhone side. I’m grateful. Go see her.

Simply the best credit union. They are pro's at customer service. Their credit card interest rates are fair and not exorbitant....same with their loans. I love this bank. I've been a member for several years. Bravo!

Waited 30 minutes to speak with banker when a lady showed up got signed in asked how long of a wait it would be after which she got mad so one of the bankers went and spone with another one and magically she skipped me and another person and was helped first so therefore i proceeded to get up and leave vad service do not recommend

I love this Credit union. If I have any concerns with my account they are always there to help me. I do most of my business through phone. I have never had to wait long or call them back. They are truly there to serve.

Horrible customer service and understanding. Been with the credit union over 10 years never a late payment. I became ill with covid and didn't have chance to update my address received a late pay on my cc. They wouldn't budge to help keep off credit report. I even offered to pay the whole card off. It wasn't money just slipped my mind. Dropped my credit score 80 points. 10 years you can't make one mistake insane. Zero concern for customers in a pandemic.Also tried to pay online not an option which made me forget.
