Tired of getting hung up on, waiting in long lines, and receiving poor service? Amazon has a pharmacy now! No more having to deal with this dumpster fire pharmacy. They even put scripts in the wrong patent's name... which could kill said patient (an adult script placed in a child's name). The employees don't care. They don't like their jobs. They're miserable. With Amazon, you can get your scripts within 2 days, they auto apply coupons so there is no more fighting with the pharmacy, and their initial prices are much lower (which makes me question how much CVS is scamming us). Do yourself a favor and check it out. Access to quality medical care and medications is a joke here but I've found a loophole worth sharing. And! They accept insurance!

Rickesha went above and beyond for me!!! We were on our way out of town and needed a prescription. She originally thought they were out and informed me how to go to the CVS where we were going to get it filled there. As we were leaving the parking lot, she called me and said she found a box of what we needed. AMAZING!!! I can't thank her enough!!

We have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. The store itself and the store manager are decent but the pharmacy is something else entirely. They are understaffed and don't fill medications unless you call them. Cvs policy with ready-fill is almost always ignored. If you call at the wrong times they hang up on you. We switch as many medications as we can to HEB. The problem is most of the doctors automatically send prescriptions to cvs..

Wasn't a good experience. People acted liked like it was their job instead of people being their family.

I would not recommend going here if I could give this pharmacy 0 starts I would the pharmacist William is very rude and he also hung up in my face if you don't like your job you should of Chose a different kind of Career Don't be rude or have an attitude with me because you hate your job it sounded like he didn't even care before I started talking maybe he needs to pick a different job where he is a little happier and talk people a little nicer he picked his job and career not me

Hands down the worst pharmacy in mid county. They never ever answer the phone and always appear to be understaffed. They shut down the drive thru during the peak of covid around December 2021-January 2022 forcing covid patients to come stand in line in the store with the general public for over an hour to fill their scrips. If you drop off meds, they are NEVER filled when they're promised. You're much better off using Walgreens across the street.

I called the pharmacy. Someone picked up saying hello. I asked a question and the lady hung up on me. I called back and now they are not answering as well.
