Drive thru pharmacy can be WTH is going on up there??? at times. If there’s already 5 cars inline ya better rolling past.. waiting them out ya better have a drink & snack and some gas in the tank.

I went to the drive through to pick up my sons prescriptions this morninh. Ms. Amber left me hanging by the window, just because the prescriptions was not yet on their system and just like that, left me on the air. Did not even tell me if I should call the Doctor if they might mistakenly have send it to different location. You gotta be helpful enough to people and respect them if you don't want to be treated like nothing as well. You do not treat people like that, it is already frustrating enough to have a family member sick.

I just looked at my receipt on line the Vicks I bought said $8 on shelf and I was charged $15. The pharmacy never has my medicine in stock!!!

Never made a review in my life but this place was so trash. Was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I show up an hour and a half later and once I get to the drive thru they tell me 30 minutes again. Fine. I come back and they’re closed! Whole reason I picked this pharmacy is because there are signs all over the building saying 24 hr pharmacy as well as online. I work night shift so I was hoping to have my prescription before work so I won’t be in pain but nope. On top of that the person I spoke on the phone with acts like they hate their job and is very rude. Should’ve read the past reviews so that’s on me.

Looking for a 24hr pharmacy. Website listed this location as 24hrs. Relayed this info to my Dr so that he could this prescribed to me on a Sunday evening. I called to confirm they received it and only then to find out that the location was not a 24 hr location and closed at 9pm. Luckily I still had time to get my prescription, but the next person may not so lucky. CVS UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE LIKE OTHER LOCATIONS HAVE ALREADY DONE!!!!

The pharmacy tech was beyond rude today . She Approached me with attitude . When I asked her how will we go about having Walgreens send the prescription there she acted like she didn’t know how . I gave her the same energy back until my fiancé realized how IGNORANT she was being and she did it without no HESITATION. I recommend nobody go to this pharmacy !

This place just nails it with consistency. A place that consistently disappoints. Even with lowered expectations, they somehow still can't be met. From not answering the phones, to crazy wait times to fill basic prescriptions, and employees that don't seem to care.... If the other options weren't so bad, I wouldn't bother.

The only reason this cvs location is open is because all the surrounding pharmacies within 10 miles suck almost as badly. They spam your phone constantly the pharmacy is garbage (never has prescriptions ready within 24 hours) I tried getting a vaccine today made an appointment showed up waited 30 minutes only to be told they aren’t giving vaccines today there’s never any staff around to help even though the self checkouts constantly require assistance from an employee. This place is garbage and has been for years and I’m cvs loyal so you know it’s terrible

The customer service in the pharmacy department is very slow. Took over an hour to pick up a script. Also, pharmacy will tell you they have medication when they don't have it. Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy.

Not at any point that I've lived in port Arthur area has this pharmacy has improved. They never answer the phones and are usually rude. They need to get rid of the whole department and start new. Train the people properly who they get in.

We have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. The store itself and the store manager are decent but the pharmacy is something else entirely. They are understaffed and don't fill medications unless you call them. Cvs policy with ready-fill is almost always ignored. If you call at the wrong times they hang up on you. We switch as many medications as we can to HEB. The problem is most of the doctors automatically send prescriptions to cvs..

Drive thru lady is horrible! Yes it cool and windy but if you’re not going to open the window, use the speaker. I had to go inside to get another medication and the lady actually accused me of trying to get it free of charge. After medication was found, it plainly showed they owed it to me at no cost.This lady needs to retire or take lessons in customer service

I just called the pharmacy at CVS and the chick I talked to was so rude. There was no reason to just dismiss me the way she did. There are some really good techs up there and there are some REALLY bad ones too…. I’m sorry to say that there are more bad than good. I will leave my rant with this….. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE OTHERS TREAT YOU….. it’s so simple and it would make the world a better place if we all worked on doing that.

The people at night were much more helpful, but Jazmyn in the pharmacy during the morning shift was not helpful and EXTREMELY unfriendly. They don’t have my prescription stocked and don’t know when they will, but at least my 2nd visit to check on it they told me who might be able to help.
