I am not a member of DuGood but when my elderly father recently had open heart surgery and my mom misplaced her purse at the hospital, Dana LeBlanc and her team in Member Services bent over backwards to help. They did everything they could to help my mom close her debit cards and even called her directly to make things less stressful for both of them.Great job DuGood! Thanks for going above and beyond.

The most horrible experience I have ever had at ANY finacial institution. I'm closing my account because of the constant inconsistent information I receive from employees and managment. I work out of state all the time and travel for work, the first question I asked when setting up my account was "because I work out of state, will my checks be held" the answer I got was "NO, only the first check". This is the 5th time I've been told they are going to hold almost a thousand dollars because it's from "out of state and you're account dosent support that" so a blatant lie from an employee to get me to sign up has brought me here. My house just burnt down and the clowns working here could not care less. At one point, an employers check bounced and somehow, I was not notified until 7 days after. So instead of me fixing the fees with cash the DAY OF, they let it go for a week without any electronic, letter, or verbal confirmation of what happened. Horrible customer service as well. Save yourself a headache, go somewhere else. Anywhere that makes you feel like you're doing something wrong when you are trying to out YOUR money into their system is not worth it. Do not support this place. EDIT: I found the notes that the employee wrote out for me which clearly says "only first check over x amount is held". Someone setting up an account for their income is not a place you want to receive wrong information. And the audacity of management to say "we sent you a letter a week after the issues" you're admitted you messed up and still are rude to me.... Absolutely unacceptable. If there is something to be legally done about this .it will be done.

Thief's, they stole over $2000 of personal property from my van that they repossessed from me, and will not turm it over to me. I will see you in court.
