We have used the Nederland location years ago, but switched to Stagg Drive in Beaumont location since closer to home.We have been extremely dissatisfied the past 2, or 3 times in Beaumont so decided to make the short trek to Nederland.Dewayne was wonderful, even when he was juggling numerous situations.Not once did he make us feel like an inconvenience, or disregard our questions.Times are hard these days, and it I'd no different for us, than anyone else.I appreciate the empathy, and prompt attention.Thank you so much Dewayne.

Customer service was horrible, they also did not rotate my tires and gave no legitimate reason why. Worst experience there ever I never had any issues before until today.

Dwayne is a great guy..
But his employees need work.
Brought my car there for a “burning smell, and brake check” they told me I need brakes..Service writer said “ your brakes can have a burning smell when pads are low” didn’t seem right to me.. but I listened to them and spent 600 dollars changing them..
Brought my car home, still smells the burning smell.. brought it back to the shop and when I arrived the tech met me outside said “ yeah your oil return line to the turbo is leaking”
Was never told that when I went to pick it up or over the phone!!!
and I would have never gotten the brakes changed if it was the oil leaking onto the muffler…. Still haven’t gotten a call back to see if they can fix it and it’s been a week. ( at least he signed me up for a firestone credit card to get 60 bucks off) ..
That place has and always will be a joke.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I had to have my car towed in for repairs. They checked out my vehicle and then called me with an estimate. There was no pressure to purchase other services, but they let me know about their recommendations and sales that were coming up soon.

Recently got my car inspected here. I was asked if I wanted to be a member customer (free); I affirmed because I did intend to come back because the service and staff seemed professional. At NO TIME was I asked if I wanted to apply for a credit card; NEVERTHELESS, I just got a notice from CreditFirst that my application (#011421970) for a Firestone credit card was denied because my credit agency accounts were frozen (I'm glad they were). If my accounts had not been frozen an extra credit card would lower my rating and cause me the trouble to close it. Firestone, nor anyone else, should ever start a credit account for anyone without explicit permission. It may even be illegal, I don't know.

2. My review was posted specific to the store’s address. Can you not see which store I was talking about - Nederland, TX.
I provided enough detail in the original review. If you are really concerned, you should put in a little effort yourself.
