I ordered a pull start assembly, was told $41 and 4 days. 2 weeks go by, I call and complain, no yelling or name calling. He threatens to cancel the order. 2 days later I call back and he tells me it's on back order. He offers to sell me a used one. How much? He say's there normally $50 and wants $40 for a used one. I remind him of the original quote and that it's been over 2 1/2 weeks and counter with $20. He said I'd have to ask him nicer than that, and hung up on me.

Good people but try to get you for every penny you have. bought a Toro personal pace last year. used it maybe 4 times. on 4th use it died while mowing and never started up again. cleaned air filter, changed air filter, cleaned spark plug, changed spark plug, put new fuel in. nothing worked. brought in for service possibly under warranty. nope. they charged me for a new air filter, new spark plug and carb cleaning. whatever I paid them for their time even though I told them I changed filter and spark plug and it was running till it died suddenly. get it home and crank it up, it won't idle high enough to even cut grass and is smoking like a freight train. bringing back tomorrow. also. Facebook won't let me give this place less than 3 stars. it needs 1 star

Droped my mower and blower off last Monday. I asked the guy if they would get back to me that day or in a few days with an estimate and was told it might be next week.Called the following Wednesday to check and I was told the mower was done but not the blower. I was never contacted and told what was wrong with them nor was I given an estimate for the price to repair. They just went ahead and did the work with no regard to wether I wanted to pay that much money (which turned out be half the price of each item brand new) or bring it somewhere else or whatever. I was not given an option and I see this as bad business. When I asked why I was not contacted with an estimate first they responded that they don't do that because they don't have TIME to do that. What a load of bull. It takes 5 minutes to call someone to give them an estimate. Car mechanics do it every day. I was then questioned on where I worked and I point to my shirt and say here but why does that matter and was told to go start my own business. Would be a 1 star but they are fixed and running fine so I'll give them 2 stars. BE AWARE THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GIVE ESTIMATES BEFORE REPAIRS.

I bought a $700+ mower from there with a two year warranty on it. It never worked right and brought it back under warranty to find out it wasn’t and had to pay $200 to get it after Fred Miller himself got in my face and told me to get f… out of his store without getting my lawnmower. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!
