I appreciate that JK Subaru is conveniently located within 5 minutes of my office. I can always count on them to get me in and out in a timely manner. Plus they offer a military discount, which is a pretty sweet deal. You can't beat JK Subaru.

While I was 350 miles from home, on vacation, I came in on a Tuesday with no appointment with transmission issues. They were able to help me get back on the road within a couple of hours and found that the part was under warranty extension. I am so happy with the service and the employees at the JK Subaru service center. Thanks very much.

Excellent customer service. From the salesman to the financing department, to the service manager. Everything from finding the vehicle I wanted to negotiating and putting down the deposit was all done by phone. When arriving to pick up my car, everything was as agreed to , especially the financing terms. Was signing and out the door within 45 minutes. Including test drive. Best of many car buying experiences .
