These guys are what give car salesmen a bad reputation.
They are knowingly advertising a Toyota with extremely low miles and they know it's wrong. They just want to get you in the dealership to sell you something else.
Totally scummy.

Let me brag on TAKYLA! She is theeee bessssst out in Texas PERIOD POINT BLANK! Argue with your mom about it! She has went above and beyond for my children and I. When we didn’t have anything not even food or water she went out of her way to buy my kids and myself some groceries !! Who do you know who will do that while not knowing you from a can of paint!? I’m literally crying as I write this .She has been caring, attentive, and made sure we got what we needed! She didn’t have to go above and beyond but she did. She deserves a promotion, a raise . She deserves a million dollars honestly. I’m recommending ANY AND EVERYONE TO GO TO JK subaru and ask for TK! Thank you sooooo much again!🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 please please please shop at JK SUBARU!

JK ordered the wrong parts. Didn’t fix one of the issues I needed fixing and shared my personal information with a third party company without my consent. The general manager wasn’t available so Greg, the sales manager, said he would speak to the GM and have him get back in touch with me. 10 days later and no response. I’m not a happy customer

Update as of 5/2: I wanted to update my review after a very positive experience with finally getting my car fixed. When I told them it still wasn’t working, they had me come in asap and we found the part they installed was defective. They replaced it since it was under warranty, and it all went very smoothly. I did talk to the service manager in person who was lovely and assured me that my experience was very unusual and not at all normal for their standard of service. I also want to commend Kady, one of the service professionals, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout the whole thing. She even vacuumed out my super messy mom car AND FILLED THE GAS TANK before I picked it up the final time!
Unfortunately I am leaving this review to share a disappointing experience with the JK Subaru service department. I dropped off my 2019 Outback for service on Wednesday 4/16. My front driver’s side window motor was broken, so it had to be replaced. On Thursday I received a text asking for a review of my recent service, to which I replied explaining my car was still being worked on. Then on Friday I sent a text asking for an update with no response. I figured with Easter weekend they might not have been open so that was fine. I called on Monday (4/21) and was told it was ready. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, and AFTER already paying, I was informed that the service technician had left early and locked my car’s keys in his toolbox. They had no way of getting my keys which was entirely irresponsible and unprofessional. Thankfully, the customer service ladies who helped me that day were very kind and gave me a loaner car free of charge until they could unlock my keys the following day. While I appreciated that, this was still extremely frustrating and inconvenient considering the amount of times I’d have to drive back and forth with my baby and move his car seat back and forth as well. When I picked up my car the following day I thought these issues could be put in the past, but unfortunately after two days my window isn’t working again. Whoever replaced the motor did a terrible job and didn't check to ensure everything was connected property because now it goes up and down on its own free will…. It would be funny if it wasn’t a waste of $500+ and multiple trips back and forth to Nederland. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this dealership for service or car sales, and I’ll be sure to steer everyone I know away from it as well. Very unprofessional and poorly trained mechanics who clearly don’t care about the vehicles or the owners. Only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1 is because of how nice and helpful the customer service ladies were the first time I had an issue.

Such a great place to buy a car with really great deals! The whole staff is super kind and helpful. From reception, all the way up to the GM, Daylyn. Plus, their new showroom is the best in the area! If you're on the hunt for a new or used ride, I 110% recommend the folks at JK Subaru.
