They always getting my order wrong even if I use the mobile app to make it easier for them I order a 40 piece nuggets and only got 20 piece they refused to answer their business phone so you can't report it I'm not satisfied

It is a very clean place and the food comes out well, but what's the point if they serve you poorly, especially ladies who speak Spanish, they also don't help people who don't know how to use the self service machine, and you can spend 2 hours standing waiting for them to take you the order and they don't even turn to see you

I have heart issues, so coffee is a luxury I don’t get often but their iced coffees aren’t super strong so I really depend on their coffee to get my little fix of it. My coffee was either wrong or just didn’t quite taste right, I brought it in and who seemed to be the manager came up immediately and we spoke. Manager went to the back to make me a new coffee. While I waited, workers had smiles and asked how I was doing this morning. Everyone was super sweet and it’s a small thing that was really appreciated.

Had a door dash order that they handed out to the wrong person because they didn't make them confirm the order in front of them like they are supposed to and so I had to contact customer support for door dash after spending 30 minutes in the McDonald's line wasting my time just to get my customer a refund on their order for McDonald's mess up. They are very unprofessional and slow. The guy at the window was very disrespectful and wouldn't admit to his faulty error. McDonald's should be the ones having to deal with the pay loss on our end and the refund not door dash and us dashers.

There must have been some recent training in customer service at this location. The interactions with employees have been much more attentive and friendly.

Really surprised they can’t even read a receipt correctly, all I ordered was 2 biscuits and a coke. Window worker tried to hand me someone else’s food, and I gave my receipt to show what I’d order. While waiting at the delivery window for 7 min. They come back with 1 biscuit, after signaling again that the order was incomplete. They tried telling me I only ordered 1. So I had to point on the receipt where it says (2) two. Waiting another couple min. After I got the biscuits I left quickly because I had enough. Well as I get down the road, I look in the bags and I didn’t have my hash browns either. They can’t read, comprehend or do something basic. Go to another McDonald’s

All if the managers have attitudes especially the GM TinaI tried placing my order and she was rolling her eyes at me that is not appropriate all of the managers has an attitude problem. I tried applying for a job last week and she was obnoxious to me during the interview so I just denied the job

They forgot our French fries on a big Mac meal. Every other shift says they can't give a side of big Mac sauce even if we pay for it. Then the next shift will give it. They forget stuff often, and take longer than any other mcdonalds. Seriously disappointed.
