Customer Service was awful. Went in at 1:00PM on Sunday and waited 30 minutes for 1 customer in front of me to be helped, then when it was my turn the woman began talking to her friend on the phone. She wasn't paying attention and couldn't tell me the price of the half a dozen or so phones on display with my upgrade included! I have been to 5+ MetroPCS stores throughout the years and I have never had a problem before.

I have had nothing but problems with the Nederland location. I logged into my account today to print my statements for my income tax preparer and was only able to pull the last three months. The website said for previous months "call us". I used the customer support "call us" button and was told customer support couldn't download the additional statements to my downloads folder that instead I had to go to the store, prove who I was, then they would print my statements. I called the store and the assistant manager, Rheana, said to come on in that she could help me. I arrived at the store and was the only customer in the store. As I'm waiting for her text to verify I have the authority to receive the statements, another customer enters the store and says he's having trouble paying his bill online. The other employee of the store begins to help him. I try to give her the pin and she is completely ignoring me choosing to help the customer with the other employees. I wait patiently then give her the pin again. She logs in and after clicking around on the computer for a while spins the monitor around and tells me she doesn't know how to print the statements, only the payment history. At this point I've been on hold for 45 minutes, and now standing at the counter for 15 minutes, while she is waiting on the person who walked in after me. She keeps looking at the printer saying "it should be printing". I ask if she can email it to me that I can print it. She says no she can't send it to me. She stops waiting on me again and calls customer service to help the other employee with the customer trying to make a payment. Another customer enters the store and she has the nerve to look at him and say are you here to make a payment. I had enough. I got up and walked out. The employees and supposed assistant manager at this store is rude and incompetent. Metro t mobile web site customer service is no better. The experience I've had since switching from Verizon to Metro T Mobile has been horrible. Verizon has already offered to match my plan......looking for a reason to stay.

Switched to metro pcs at this location. The girl that helped me was beanna. She seemed friendly and helpful until the total came up. It was over $100 more than I thought it would be. She told me it was a more expensive activation fee, which I know is under $20. She had charged me almost $60 for a case and screen protector that I never asked for. When I asked her to take it off, she told me it was hugely discounted and didn’t add much to the total. When I asked her how much it actually was she said almost $60. When I told her I didn’t want that, she got an attitude. Then I was still confused on why it was so high. She added everything you could possibly add to a plan without even asking me. This totaled to almost an extra $30. I had to contact support to reimburse me for it. It was supposed to be about $130 total and it came up almost $220. Come to find out, they get commission on sales and so this lady thought she was gonna make as much off of me as she could. When I realized the total was way more and questioned her about it, her whole mood changed. Really sad that people are so willing to take advantage of you, especially if you aren’t paying attention. I would avoid this location unless you want to be ripped off. I have had multiple prepaid services and even metro for years and never had this problem. Straight greed. There was a really nice worker that helped me earlier in the day before I returned with my port number. I believe his name was Cameron. He was very helpful and was the one the told me the actual price. However, when I returned to actually switch, he was on break.

The guy at the desk, Mike, was very professional and courteous. He knows his job very well and helped me out in a very good amount of time. I highly recommend this store and Mike. Thanks for the great service, my man.The store was clean and tidy.

This experience was very unpleasant . I came in the store to get 2 phones which was an Xr and SE. Everything went very smooth at first until 2 months later when I was told to call smart pay about a question I had. I was ended up being told that I had 30 days left to pay these phones off or with interest they would turn out to be $1550 !!! I called just because I had a question about something else and was notified about this .I was never told from the get go !! Imagine if I would have never called to ask a simple question I would have been stuck paying interest on these phones . It is now around Christmas time and im stuck paying the remainder cost of the phones all at once to avoid the interest . You guys need to make sure you are notifying people of smart pay because this could def give metro a bad name.

I used to hesitate to come to this particular Metro PCS store, but now the management has cleaned out all the unpleasant workers and the workers there now are awesome. DeMarcus stood out the most to me today and I wish I had gotten the other workers name because she was equally as awesome!! Thank y'all for your help today and I'm just glad to know I can go into MY Metro PCS store and get the customer service I deserve...that we ALL deserve actually! Keep up the good work and thank you again for all your help today.

I was talking with the manager there trying to help resolve an issue that I'm having with my phone and then the girl in the back that I was talking with at first had to add her two cents in which she was being let's just say a smart alec so I walked out and needless to say I won't set foot back in that store ever again that is the metro store on highway 365 in Nederland Texas.

This place is horrible, the workers there are very rude and get loud with you in front of other customers, a employee and the manager were talking about hooking up in the parking lot with customers there. They lie about the phones and don't know what there talking about, too busy playing on their phones. Very rude people.
