Dropped off our F250 truck at 7am with a 2 hour completion estimate. Called twice to check on it with a 2 hour estimated timeframe each time. Picked up after 10 hours without anything being done. Nice folks, but slow service. No reason to be sitting there for over 4 hours for someone to tell me I'm still behind 5 other people. Small town mentality.
