I had a bad smell in my car and I couldn’t figure out how to get it out so I started looking around and they answered immediately and took me immediately after. “I traveled to JK from Louisiana to look at their inventory and see what I could do to upgrade my current vehicle. The online sales person, Katina was very friendly and super helpful and put me in touch with Allison. Once we arrived, I was greeted immediately by Allison and explained my story (needed something with more room but due to recent divorce, my credit wasn't the best) She showed me several vehicles that matched what I had in mind and started working on the paperwork immediately. I have had them work on cosmetic damage as well as engine repairs on multiple cars throughout the last 30 years and they hands down are the best around!”
“Have been to Marks Automotive three times this year. Had truck batteries replaced (two), Honda rear shocks and lastly the front struts. They have always completed the repairs same day, competently and reasonably (labor). They are not cheap and parts are pricey, but they can be trusted to do the job properly.The only time I experienced any complaint was the recent repair on my Honda front struts. A piece of the front cowling was broken off, apparently during the removal of the top strut mounting bolt access cover plate. I was not told about the damage when picking up the completed car. The gaping hole was subsequently discovered during my routine fluid check under the hood. I have duct taped it closedto prevent entrance of under hood odors into the HVAC.So, be sure to inspect the completed repairs before leaving the shop is my take away from this experience. Probably also good to do this following any repairs performed at other shops as well.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”

“April 2016I took possession of my new 2016 Scion FR-S almost 3 weeks ago at their newly built facility. Erin, Jason, Sean, and Russell are super, very nice, friendly, accommodating individuals. Best car buying experience I've had in 27 years. In the almost 3 weeks I've owned the car there has been 2 cosmetic issues and this staff was more than willing to correct the issues without a hitch! “I called Firestone while driving home from out of town, ask them about the accessibility of the tires I wanted, I asked them when would be the soonest they could put my tires on and he gave me the exact tires I needed for the right price and the exact time he told me to be there I was there and the exact time he told me it would be finished. It was finished. They also showed me in person that my brake fluid had been ruined and needed to be replaced and I approved that and they did that as well. The service was great!”
