Purchased a used vehicle from them in July 2024 broke down less the 30 days later. Wouldn't even try to help me out. Told me i was out of luck. I'd understand if I bought a 4k or 5k car but 20k is a little unreasonable. Salesman was great but I wouldn't buy a bicycle from the management team.

Philpott Ford found me the truck I wanted when no one else could. Our sales person was Joseph Garaffa, he was very personable and knowlegeable about the truck (F-150 Platinum) that I was looking for. Philpott Ford also honored Kelly Blue Book price for my trade in. This was a great experiance, I will buy my next vehicle here and refer my friends and family.

Not the same place it used to be. I've serviced my truck here for 5 years - always great service. Those days are gone. Different folks - won't return phone calls. Truck was in shop for over 2 weeks with nothing done. Made multiple calls to check on status. Did not receive a single returned call from my service adviser. Really sad. Ended up taking my truck to another dealer and got it fixed in a couple of days. Good-bye Philpott.

Philpott belongs to a corporate company out of North Carolina and it shows. My trucks msrp was 58k and my final out the door price was 61k to include sales tax and title/doc fee. This took a couple hours of negotiating.
My sales associate, Jina, was awesome throughout the entire order/purchase experience.
I ordered the truck and waited months for it to arrive. Basically a guaranteed sale for them. I didn’t NEED a new truck I simply wanted one. I was fully prepared to walk away if I didn’t think the deal was fair.
Addons/fees listed as acronyms without definitions that “can’t be removed.” ($260 for a dealer vin etch, really?)
Awful trade-in offer (sure there’s “local market value”, but lowballing thinking I would take it out of convenience is silly)
Managers whose tactic seems to be “wait you out” and make the whole thing drag on. (I spent 2 hours just going back and forth.)
The MSRP of vehicles includes the dealers cut. Anything over that is simply more money for them. (My truck’s invoice price leaves about $2500 for the dealer when purchased at MSRP)
If you want an easy and fair purchase experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Stop letting dealers get away with “market adjustments” and fees they hope you don’t ask about.
Otherwise do your research, get other offers, and have plenty of time to spare. They will attempt to get every extra $$ they can out of you. Be fully prepared to walk away.

Great sales, terrible service center. Damaged my brand new super duty, brought it to another Ford dealer and thankfully covered Philpotts damage under warranty. You people need to hire qualified techs/mechanics. Stay away from this dealership, they'll "find" problems with your vehicle just to warranty work and perform recalls without asking you.
