Kim had been doing my nails for over a yr now. What I love the most is that she listens to me and does exactly what I want her to do. She has also became a friend to me. She remembers all the conversations we have and she cares. P.L. Nails is wonderful and I’m very satisfied.

I give this place 5 stars all day long! Henry ( who did my pedi) and Jason ( did my nails) especially get 5 stars each they where helpful patient and did and awesome job and delivered exactly what I wanted! Happy to call this my new nail salon and highly recommend them!!!

Horrible service super dirty !!!! They re use the same items they thought I didn’t see or hear them all they do is talk about you they didn’t know I understand and spoke Vietnamese they said specifically “ let’s take longer so she has to pay us more” and also said and I quote “ damn all these damn whites just come and feel entitled” and much more worse in between all of them especially that Kim girl she was the worst DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have worn acrylic, gel, shellac and always seemed to have multiple nails begin lifting after about 8-10 days. Over time I've tried at LEAST 4 different area salons, I've never had this problem after using the services from the knowledgeable staff at PL Nails. Artificial nails are expensive and a luxury...fancy lighting, sparklie adornments, and complimentary vino are impressive but that's all smoke and mirrors if the quality of a service is below what is expected. I'm never going to waste my money going anywhere else...I'd give them over 6+ stars if I could.
