“Amazing customer service. Helped me to get a very annoying amount of money orders and even helped when my card kept getting declined. 100% better than the Port Neches Post Office who said they couldn't help me because they only had 1 money order.”

“The clerk #08 welcomed me in, asked if I needed assistance and proceeded to assist me. She also doubled checked with me to make sure I had all of my necessary items needed for my passport renewal. She really did calm my fears. She also wished me a great week. I will always do business with this particular location because of her! Thank you”

“This is absolutely the best location I’ve ever experienced in my 20+ years of conducting business with USPS! Friendly, professional, and welcoming are understatements. Ms. Carla (beautiful clerk) is such a sweet, kind professional and always quick-serviced and postmaster Jacob exudes southern hospitality. Basically being there is a BLAST FROM THE PAST when reps and agents of companies VALUED its customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“Our post office is clean and bright. I want to work there but it's hard to get the location of one's choice, so I guess I'll just be content with being a customer. ?”
