Terrible company to work with i will absolutely not recommend it, i rented a van foe 3 years, latterly paid it off for them and they over charged me for one month. Now they're saying i owe them an additional month and one day even though i have submitted all my bank statement showing that i'm actually been overcharged, what a terrible way to end years of relationship

If you want to roll your eyes so hard to the point that it’s audible, just listen to the “quality customer service” recording that plays while you’re on hold. The last time I made a reservation through PV, they canceled it the day of pick up because a bigger company decided to rent up their inventory. They offered no apology or solution. This time one of their trucks breaks down on me and they claim that it was my fault by making up something they “overheard”: They said that a third party who helped us attempt to jump start the truck said we were using the lift gate without the truck being on. A COMPLETE FABRICATION.

This is an outstanding location, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We rent often and this is our go to location. Very organized, professional and they always ensure we are happy. Chance and Mireya are amazing and thankful we have a company like them. Cleaning staff is great, my vehicles are always spotless and ready to go.
