Setzer Hardware Inc. is the greatest hardware store in the area. It is a cool store with everything, where the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly people work. Customers appreciate that you cannot get this type of personal help at big box stores. The staff spends time to ensure parts will work and can help find solutions. While an online order issue was noted, the store's extensive inventory and excellent service are consistently praised.
First time at this store and they were very friendly and helpful. I thank God for them. May God bless them.

The only place in the Nederland area where you can go to get hardware parts and they actually know what their selling , if they have it and will go get it for you. Customer Service 100%
