Terrible service/system. Walked in and was not greeted only to be left waiting for 30 minutes and still no assistance. When we asked to be checked in, the worker shrugged and was not very adamant about helping us and tried handing us over to another worker. No help was assisted and irresponsible workers.

If you ever cancel your service at this location, keep every single receipt because they will try to charge you for things that should not be charged. I had some equipment that I returned to the store. They would not take it. They printed out a receipt to go to the UPS store five minutes away and then I have received three bills from T-mobile for this equipment that I sent them. I talked to T-mobile on three separate occasions. Each representative said they would take care of this, and yet after that, I received a collection letter from a company in Pennsylvania. I don’t know about you, but I have better things to do with my time then to keep calling T-mobile about something that I’ve already taken care of. I was a loyal customer and paid on time for 20 years and this is how they treat me.

I’d put 0 start if I could. My review comes from 3 different visits in the last 12months. After the reconstruction of the building I went in for the 14max pro plus. Even tho there was a manager bossing people around, loud and rude. My initial CSR was nice and helpful. While doing my upgrade process for 2 cell phones it got busy. I ended up being bounced around to 3-4 other reps. Made moved off a table so another person can sit down bc the manager said 3ft away from me she didn’t want to lose that sell! I’m a paying customer too! I ended up spending almost 4.5hrs there that day. We were having issues with my data transfer. Turns out after an hour of that they figured out I needed a software update. By then my battery was at 4%. I was shoved inbetween another CSR and customer with the shortest charging cord possible trying to mess with my phone. Talk about being uncomfortable! I’m sure they were. I had a few ppl apologizing to me about their bosses behavior. While all this was happening my son needed to use the restroom. Ages 6&3. I had already been here almost 4hrs at that point. I asked a CSR and was helped to the back. The manager gave me a hard time when she saw and my son was literally about to go in his pants. She walked me to the restroom door and would not move!!!! She was jn my way and ny son was already in the restroom. I yelled at him to stop while I tried to wiggle through her arms but it was too late! He couldn’t hold it and used the restroom WITH THE DOOR OPEN, she was there AND 2 MALES standing there jn the back room! I had never been more upset in my life!!!! I was exhausted, my kids were tired too. Or I would have made a bigger deal. I just needed my new devices and needed to get out of there.! I have gone without that lady being there and every was so nice and attentive. That was great. My last visit to the Nederland store wasn’t. I came in for the Tuesday deal. The mugs.I was yelled at that I HAD to sit down. I couldn’t stand bc it was a fire hazard. I was well over 10ft from the door. She bosses other around and made them sit. The faces of the customers said it all. I told her I was fine and not interested in sitting. She turned and told another rep.” I need you to go over there and make her sit down at the bench, I can’t have her standing”..Excuse me? Last I checked I had the freedom to stand if I like. If her reasoning was a fire hazard then it need to be posted on the walls and doors. And IT IS NOT! Nobody deserves to be treated in such a way! I only hope no one else has these horrible experiences. Though I don’t have the name of the lady I do have a video of what she looks like

Gave this place a chance again. No one tried to help. Had people hop the line and when we tried to tell the workers we got a shrug and a oh well get over it look. All I was here for was a bill payment and I was nearby. Ill be driving the extra 20 minutes to the next one in orange,tx from now on. This place has been trash every single time I walk in and I'm highly considering moving to another cellular service. This whole place needs a overhaul and update on customer service and sign in operations seriously. Im still waiting as I write this. Never again and ill be buying new phone at another location or provider altogether.

UPDATE: GAVE ANOTHER CHANCE, EXACT SAME THING! THEY WERE GOING TO APPLY MY CHANGE(10 DOLLARS) TO MY ACCOUNT BC THEY "DIDN'T HAVE CHANGE". I REPORTED THEM DIRECTLY TO TMOBILE THIS TIME! THE COMPLAINT WAS ESCALATED. Whatever these young ladies are doing, it's in poor professionalism. The young lady at this establishment did as SHE saw fit with MY money. I spoke with her manager and explained that she may need more training. In short, I literally had to call T-Mobile's customer service line from my phone to file a complaint that never had to be filed if the manager would have just "managed" the poor customer service of her employee UPDATE TO UPDATE: THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED DOWN. Exactly what I thought was going on, was. Grateful I reported so not too many customers were scammed. THIS APPLIED TO THE LOCATION NEAR MATHNASIUM
