I have placed several orders with this company, and always had a great experience until recently. It seems that maybe the company has gotten too large for them to handle the number of orders they receive. Shipping has been taking a long time! My last order, I was told that it was a big sale so items were taking longer to ship which is ok if you are told that when placing the order. However, I am currently waiting on an order that was placed on May 4th and no updates whatsoever. Site states that this is not a peak time and most orders ship in 2-5 business days with no personalization (which my order does not have). I love the shirts but think I may look elsewhere for cute teacher tees that I can receive in a timely manner.

As a longtime customer of tees2urdoor, I will no longer be ordering from them. This is the first time I’ve had to wait two weeks for fulfillment of order. Customer service is useless and needs major improvement since I couldn’t talk to anyone. Whoever sends out texts needs to improve on communication skills as well. So much for shopping local…

Buyer beware! Even though your invoice does not state clearance or final sale, don’t be surprised when they deny “your return request” for this reason. Shady business practice. Will not be a return customer. How about use correct sizing charts?

I was so excited to receive the sequin Santa sweatshirt that I ordered. I was going to wear it for a themed day at work, but it didn’t come in on time. That was OK because I could wear it during the Christmas season. Unfortunately, the sweatshirt is cheap material and I didn’t really care for it. When I tried to return it, I found out that they ONLY do returns for store credit. I do not like the items they sell, so why would I want a store credit? I wanted my money back, but they won’t give it back to me so I will NEVER order from them again. I urge you not to either because if you don’t like what you get, you’re stuck with their merchandise or a store credit

Love the shirts. There are a great variety and quality is very good.The quick ship time is a plus, but beware to make sure your order is correct. I plan to still use them for my fun tshirts needs.

Ordered from her online and will never order from her again. I ordered 2 custom chenille lettering shirts for my mom and I that says dog mom on it. As soon as I got the shirt I noticed that the letters were already peeling off. After we wore them for the first time we FOLLOWED instructions and flipped the shirt inside out to wash it. After we washed it some of the letters fell off completely. We called and asked for a refund and all she said was she doesn’t do refunds and that she could just send another shirt, she also said some of the letters that she put on the shirt was just a bad pair (which I don’t understand). It was nice for her to send another shirt however the 2nd set of shirts we received also had letters that were peeling. So overall it’s cheap quality, and she’s real iffy with sending your money back. I wouldn’t recommend!

Id avoid this place like the plague. First of all, if you don’t buy the protection plan for shipping, and the package goes missing in the mail or gets lost… they don’t refund you or replace the items. I called customer service who in fact was rude and she says.. “honey this is unfortunate.” My package was lost in the mail and my $35 dollars was just SO “unfortunate.” She then proceeded to say that I have to call the mailing service and she could do nothing about a lost package in the mail.Go on Amazon and avoid this place. It will save you the aggravation.This place doesn’t value their customers or any flaws that come with shipping packages to customers.They lost a customer + I will be sharing this on multiple sites to warn people of this scam of a company.

I have been ordering from T2D for about 2 years now and I cannot get enough. Their shirts and other clothing items are adorable and theyre great quality. I have never had an issue with customer service and everyone that I have talked to is super sweet and helpful.

I ordered a custom sweatshirt and it didnt come in right. I notified them, they apologized and within 2 days I had a correct one. Great products and customer service!

I absolutely LOVE Tees2urdoor.com. They always have great prices and the products are top notch. I have only had an issue once and when I called and spoke with their customer service manager she was SO helpful and practically bent over backwards to get me the correct size for my event. With this kind of service I am a life time customer. I could tell by talking to her that she is a very professional sweet southern soul and really wants to help their customers. Kudos to you Tees2urdoor!
