Lived here for a month, this is my second delivery and both I’ve had issues with. First delivery the package actually arrived, at 9:40pm. My second delivery, showed “out for delivery” at around 4:30pm yesterday, about three hours later, the status was changed to “delivered” on porch near front door at 4:13pm? Nothing was delivered. There needs to be photo proof of these deliveries. I checked around at the neighbors, nothing. No mail in my mailbox. I honestly do not think they even delivered in this area yesterday and just marked everything delivered.

The absolute worst Post office employees unbelievably rude Thursday April 24,2025 I was in the office and the guy seemed to either be unable to do his basic job duties or just completely incompetent instead of serving the customer in front of them he decided to lollygag go to a different customer socialize not concentrate on tracking number that he's supposed to write down to go find my package then when he finally decides to get my package and I'm leaving he yells at me thank you have a nice day and a very rude tone and voice do your freaking job professionally or get out of the public service disgusting the way you treat people

5 stars for Reggie only. He went above and beyond by delivering our packages to our new address—even though it wasn’t on his route. A package had been mistakenly sent to our old address, and when my husband asked the front desk at the post office for help, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Thankfully, he found Reggie, who took the time to track down the package and personally deliver the rest. Huge thanks to Reggie!

Hands down the worst delivery drivers USPS has, been 4 for 4 of packages delayed AND damaged, absolutely lazy and disgraceful to have such a good paying and easy job and you manage to take advantage of your workplace because you felt like it. Ought to fire and hire a whole new crew

Went to mailbox today and had a certified mail letter in it. Certified Mail is supposed to get a signature on delivery! Recently I have sent Certified Mail that when I checked on delivery kept showing "Out for delivery" months later. Postmen got lazy during Covid because they had an excuse to not get signatures, Covid is Over, do your job. The USPS is failing due to not following their own rules and holding their employee's accountable!

Here we go again... I haven't seen my cards that relatives sent to me for my birthday. These were never scanned and never received. These cards were dropped off directly to the post office TWO separate days. These cards have only been in the post office mail system. IF your employees stay off the phone it may help not mix mail up. I have witnessed several occasions that our post office lady was on phone. One in particular she handed me someone's package that belonged to someone a street over. I had to chase her down to give the package back. Guess what she was on the phone still. I keep getting other neighbors mail. There are some confidential mail pieces that no one needs to see. Please get it together USPS.
They lose your package and it takes forever to get any answers through USPS . I set on hold for an hour four different times trying to get resolved. They give me a local number to call Nederland location but they never answer.
They just don't care about their disappointed customers. The unnecessary stress they put you through is ridiculous. STILL NO PACKAGE and it's been a few days since it was supposed to be here. Happened several times before too.

Failure to deliver my package even though it was on the truck. Slight rain and I was at home and then get notification that they were unable to access delivery location.. my driveway is extract small. Several neighbors on the area have had same issue. Will show up and not even to attempt to deliver the package. One neighbor got the alert while she was still on the street and chased her down and after her lying over and over again, admitted to having the package and giving it to them. Pure laziness, these people must have forgotten they work for the public and their paychecks are generated from our hard work. This is ridiculous. Imagine a single mother waiting on medication for her child and it doesn’t get delivered for up to 8 days past due because some lazy empty doesn’t feel like getting out the vehicle. Unbelievable. Go look at all the reviews and ring camera videos if you want more proof. This is unacceptable.

Carrier delivers a notice saying they tried to deliver package, but they missed us. We were all home.. all she had to do was knock on the door. But nope.. she just puts the "sorry we missed you" notice in the box... and takes off.
Terrible service... doesn't even care if you see it or not.. the doorbell cam is blatantly obvious..

Held my mail because they put someone else’s hold mail document in my slot. The post office delivered immediately after holding for 8 days.
No mail since, called today, Thursday and lady said they delivered my mail to 1320 (she did not give me street information) and said I would receive it tomorrow.
I had to pay late fee’s on bills the first error that your staff made!
What is going on?????????

This is the best post office I have ever been. Anyone helped me here was always super kind and very helpful. This is my third year living in Port Arthur , and I only come to this Post office. I appreciate everyone who work here. Thank you!

If zero stars were possible, that would be the rating. They are constantly loosing packages, lying saying drive way or door is blocked, leaving packages on the wrong street!

The delivery driver is constantly misdelivering orders. Whether i get someone elses or someone else got my order.
