One of the front desk employees offers bad customer service. Sometimes I receive packages that were meant for my neighbors. The delivery driver throws down boxes like the items are not breakable. I don't get paid to make these deliveries. Walk up the stairs and deliver the item to the correct apartment please! The letters are on the doors. It's not confusing at all.

I subscribe to the USPS informed mail so i can see what I'm going to receive each day. I understand that there are times when i won't get mail on the day it says i will. But there are weeks when I do not receive any mail for 3 to 5 days. Sometimes there's not even a mail truck in our entire neighborhood for several days. Most of the mail I'm supposed to receive are bills that need to be paid. What is going on?

Alisha is an All Star !!!! I sent a package to a client but failed to leave the trailer number on the ship to info, so the pkg was sent back to the local office and was about to be returned to me. Well after a quick service request ticket was opened, Alisha gave me a call and ensured to get that pkg back out to my customer. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered IN UNDER AN HOUR AFTER OUR CALL !!!!

No one here seems to care about their job except for the manager. They are the only helpful person up to this point. Everyone else has attitudes. Don't get mad at the happy people because someone else ruined your day... my packages don't even get scanned dor DAYS when I drop them off. Even my priority mail packages. It's been 3 days and not one update yet. It's supposed to be 1 -3 day delivery time. What's the point of paying that much more if they will nothing to get packaged delivered.

Going into the post office I've never had a problem. However, the postal carrier's is where the problem comes in . In the past 4 years that I've lived here in Nederland I have had a neighbors package delivered to my house ( at lwast 2 different times). I personally took it to the rightful house and vise verse, my mail was delivered to someone else's address and this happend about 3 different times.. Luckily they delivered my packages to me.

I can’t comment on the carriers because I do not live in the area. But I choose to go to the Nederland USPS because of the excellent service I get inside. Matt has always been extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful!!

I’m curious - how many brain cells is required to work here? My guess would be zero since the amount of repeated incompetent incidents is absolutely laughable at this point. Lived here for years yet packages are constantly delivered to the wrong address or just not delivered at all. The employees room temperature IQ is embarrassing for the city.

They deliver to the wrong box in my community,when you go to this post office they say leave a name and number the post master is on a conference call and he will call you Back. Never called

Twice now have had Amazon orders disappear! When it reaches your post office and disappears it has to be stealing right before carrier delivers it ! I am furious, is there any lie detectors or consequences on these thieves! Enough is enough please make some way to find out who is stealing not just by avoiding phone calls etc!!??THIS IS AT NEDERLAND TEXAS POST OFFICE!

So reading all the poor reviews, it comes to me that people tend not to fault their own failings to follow instructions or differentiating between the USPS and Amazon's outsourced delivery service, etc.. Two days ago I mailed a 3'x2'x1 1/2' box filled with dvds media mail - no issue. Almost every week I send two to three packages out via media mail, no issue. I emphasize media mail as its both the slowest and cheapest delivery option and if something is going to happen, its going to be with media mail. I haven't had a single issue. All of the forward facing employees are personable and friendly and are always helpful. The people complaining below are probably the same.people who show up with an open box and an item that's not packed and addressed and get upset when the employees say they have to do it themselves. Or the people who complain about how they haven't been getting their junk mail flyers. Or the people who ask to skip you because "they're in a rush" because no one else's time is worth as much as theirs. I get it - it's easy to complain and whine online or go to someplace and take out all your issues and frustration on someone working a counter. I'm sure anything I say will land on deaf ears and the best case scenario is these people will just find an issue with something else because there will always be "something else" that they need to complain about. I use this post office because both the employees and service has been excellent and my only complaint has been with the asinine people that come in and hold up the line, so thank you Amazon package/everyone is a liar lady and me too me too/no one can mail anything lady - you probably made me late going back to work while mailing stuff during my lunch.

Why even list a phone number if no one is going to answer the phone?our neighborhood mail gets mixed up a lot and I kindly bring the mail to the correct address but now I need to track a lost package and no one answers the phone. How do I track down a package that says delivered but was not delivered to the correct address?

I had a gift sent out to the Nederlands area and seems that they attended to deliver and now want is to be picked up I'm not from the area and I've been calling for the passed 5 days to speak to someone and no answer
