Perhaps the best shopping experience on the internet. Great selection, excellent customer service and lightning fast shipping. I moved to Ohio, but love that I can still shop at the Zoo!

Ordered a Christmas dress for a holiday photo - ordered it early on Thanksgiving. I spent hours looking for this particular dress so I was so excited to find it b/c it was sold out everywhere. I know it's a holiday weekend, but the order didn't ship to Tue evening, 6 days later. I could understand maybe missing Friday or Sat due to the holiday and heavy shopping, but missing Monday as well? I purchase an insane amount of children's clothes online and never seen e-commerce this slow and dysfunctional. And I also run a global e-commerce business for work, so it's disappointing. Adding to that is that it's sitting stuck at USPS, I wouldn't be surprised if there were other issues exacerbating the delay - if/when it ever shows up. No response over Instagram and disconnected when I called (I'd like to believe I wasn't hung up on, but who knows given my experience).

My mother in-law bought our daughter some pretty expensive sandals from here and was told by the associate that they were Italian . HOW?!! They’re made in China and Italian leather is full grain - not manufactured (as you can see in the picture). Really cute shoes but not worth the price tag which was justified with lies. Not an honest business, if you ask me.

Zandy Zoos is my daughter’s favorite store, at only 2 years old she is constantly asking to go! With clothes, shoes, and accessories of all kinds of styles the options are endless, you won’t want to leave without making a purchase. We’ve met every worker and they are all the kindest and most helpful people.

We absolutely LOVE this shop!! This children’s boutique is our go to for everything. They have a great selection in styles and price range thats a fit for anyone! They also have the BEST holiday mini sessions with the sweetest photographer to make sure we have keepsakes of every season! The customer service is always welcoming, helpful, pleasant and efficient. They will go above and beyond for their customers and for that I’m thankful! We highly recommend everyone should visit the zoo!

Zandy zoos is my favorite place to shop for my two boys, especially for special events or holidays. They have everything! They are so helpful and will text me to help me put coordinating outfits together if I can’t go inside the store which is really convenient. I’ve always had A+ service when visiting the store as well. I enjoy supporting this woman owned, local business.

I do not live near this boutique, but I have ordered online several times and have had a great experience every time. Ashli has even messaged me if something wasn’t available to see if she could replace it for me. Great store and fantastic customer service!

Love the selection Zandy Zoo’s has for boys! As well all know cute one of a kind boys clothes are hard to find...the zoo is my go to! I love the service I receive when shopping in store as well as pick up! Will definitely shop there again!

I have been shopping here since my five-year-old was a newborn. We live in Ohio and Zandy Zoo is my number one spot to shop for my kiddos !! Their customer service is top notch and shipping is as quick as it gets! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the owner of this boutique is . Her love and passion for children’s clothing is beyond measure . If there was a 10 star option for this boutique I would give it a 10 !

I placed an online order with Zandy Zoo's, and received the wrong product. Mistakes happen--fair enough. My 1 star review is because of the customer service I received following. I called to let the store know I received the wrong item, and the person I spoke to did not apologize. She simply asked for my order number and told me she would send me a shipping label so I could mail back the wrong item. Then, she would send me the item I actually ordered. End of conversation. Well, this was definitely an inconvenience--I had to repackage the item, print a label, and drive to the post office. It started to really bother me that I was not even given a simple apology so I sent an email to the owner because if I was the owner, I would want to know--no response. A couple days later I sent another email asking if she received my first email--no response. So another two days goes by, and I get an email saying that the correct item shipped. Great, but I was still bothered by how this was handled so I tried calling the store. I actually reached the employee I spoke with earlier this week. I explained the situation and how I was upset that she did not provide a simple apology. At that point she did apologize. I asked her to please have the owner call me because I was upset that I had not received a response to either of my emails. About 10 minutes later, I received another email saying they are out of stock of the correct item and I am getting a refund--yes, that's right the item that I got an email earlier that morning saying that it shipped! Again, this sounds like another mistake, which I acknowledge mistakes do happen, but the newest email also did not include an apology or at least an acknowledgement of how all of this has been an inconvenience. When I asked the owner again about my previous emails or an apology, she informed me that I can buy this item elsewhere. I let her know that I simply wished she would acknowledge that this experience has been a negative one and apologize. I also let her know that I felt the need to share my experience with others if I did not receive an apology, and instead of apologizing, she actually had her lawyer contact me! WOW! I will not be shopping here ever again.I do want to acknowledge that this is my personal interpretation of these events. If the owner has a different interpretation, I would welcome a conversation regarding the matter.

Absolutely love this place! Huge selection of all my favorite brands. Placed my first order just 2 weeks ago. I can't say enough about the exceptional service. Ashley (owner) is amazing and she has definitely won my future business.
