It’s not a bad place they just don’t like to answer the phones. It says open at 8 but they never answer around 8 and it’s 9:30 now. I think they should just say open at 10am other than that they’re nice people we’ll see how my car is afterwards ??

A+++++ Experience!! I stopped in after work to ask some questions and not even 30 min later 36 Auto towed my vehicle to their shop. As updates became available I was notified. My Yukon was finally fixed after no one else could figure out the problem. Thank you!

..... they don't follow there time as in they should close on 4 PM on a Saturday but they did not instead they closed round 1 pm because I did not see them there when I was there well can't go to my career job

The first thing most people have when they enter a Auto shop is trust. Trust that their car is in safe hands. After my experience at this certain shop, I can say that I have never regretted trusting people so much as I have with them. It is the most dishonest place I have ever gone to. I took my truck to get a simple sensor placed, came out with problems the truck didn’t even have before entering this Auto Shop. Then they said they could fix it, but we would have needed to pay more. I’m sorry, why would I have to pay for problems it didn’t even have before I entered the place? Don’t recommend this Auto Shop.

I will never go back. Took my tundra in 30k miles for a regular sticker renewal inspection, they had to waste half of my day and the 25$ dollar fee, saying there was something wrong with the computer port of my truck. Went from there straight up to the dealer, there was alsolutly nothing wrong with the port in my truck, past inspection at the Toyota dealer.Went back to them, and they came out with a 2 year old toddler excuse to avoid the 25 dollars reimbusrsement. If you are looking 4 a place to waste your time and money, this is the right palce

Very friendly and courteous people. when our transmission broke, they drove out and towed our jeep and gave my wife and me a ride back to their shop, and they got us out in the same afternoon. Unfortunately the repair lasted little more than a couple hours. Second time I took the vehicle out of park the bushing broke again and it is now stuck in reverse rather than park with just the parking brake to hold it in place. So down over $750 and have to start the repair over. at least the initial repair got us back to our home city.
