They have teenagers basically running the store. There's a girl in there I think her name was kaylin she was super rude and snapping when I tried to have a conversation with her at check out. Just flat out disrespectful. Someone should fire her.

These incompetent workers have not given me all my items at checkout and mischarged me for more than I bought more than once. Drive down the street to the other location in Josephine. It'll save you a lot of headache.

Just the best. My Grandmother went missing from home and we couldn't find her for 4 days. She wondered off and some how managed to walk to Dollar general in Nevada witch is down the street from me. Then some one noticed her and new it was my Grandmother and called me. I got ahold of some employees there and I told them to keep her there tell I made it there. Since I was sad about Grandmother walking out on us I took up drinking. So I was pretty drunk so I had to sober up before I could get there. So when I got there they had her in the closet locked up with a bottle of water. It was SO......great to have her back in my life. Praze tha lord. 🙏 🙏 🙏. High five 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏. Same emoji. What do you think about my story? There are three things I've never seen. A UFO, A FAITHFUL HOE, AND A PUSSY WITH A PINK SLIP.

I stop in there often , cpl months back they don’t take cash was told that 3 times , plus no one ever has keys to get cigarettes, first time manager took them home , second time employee took keys home , went last week a employee I haven’t seen had keys to get cigarettes she was very nice . I go today bout 5 pm was told no keys someone took the keys she said they been missing for cpl months lol I said really I just bought some a week ago , I was told she must of picked the lock ridiculous!! Who runs this store ? I guess the teenagers, I’ll take my business to the one off 78 at least they have a manager !!

This store is a disaster. There used to be a great woman manager here who had the store looking amazing. Once she left, it went to pot. I don't know if this place is a franchise or not. If it is, it needs a new owner. If not, corporate needs to do something. It's a shame bc this DG used to be the best one around. Not anymore.

Worst dollar store ever. For the last year they might have been open 40 days Total. With something always wrong " system down" " remodeling" weeks and weeks on end. Then open. Just to close again 2 days later.

I would score this place a negative 5 if possible. How they stay in business I have no idea. Been to this location to utilize the FedEx pickup. Staff is hiding in the hallway office or somewhere in the store but NEVER in the front register. This place is dirty, cluttered, and probably the worst store location of any retailer I've ever experienced. None of the employees know what they are doing and and obviously there's zero management presence in the store. Do yourself a favor...drive further to Walmart or Tom Thumb and go to a real store.

Gaven is amazing. Very attentive and kind. Also checked out with Samuel who was great. He helped me with a problem that I had and resolved it quickly! This is my new favorite store! Keep up the good work guys!

Time 7:01Date mar 26Was checking out and COLE had a rude attitude. Theres no need to be rude. I can literally take my business elsewhere. Cole needs to be retrained.
