I moved to Lavon from Raleigh, NC Nov. ‘21. Prices for a unit are higher in TX than NC. I regret moving in this one. They have a rodent problem! I believe Restaurant dumpster attracts the rodents. I finally moved all my totes etc. to a clean, gated facility. I was a Mgr of storage for years, so this was upsetting. People that own it were nice but cleanliness is everything to me.
