Had both my doors and side tore up on a new ram diesel. Had my truck in and out as they knew it was my work truck and was literally perfect. No reason to take back for anything. Great job and great staff as always !!!!

Craig and his team are absolutely incredible!! Communication couldn’t be better, pricing was perfect, and the quality of work is unmatched. And most importantly, they get the work done efficiently!! No waiting for weeks and weeks.

My husband took his truck to Toyota, and they told him that his crank shaft seal on his 2014 Tundra was leaking oil and it would cost over $5k to fix it. He took his truck to Craig at One and Done, and he told him it wasn’t the crank shaft seal but the valve cover and it cost way less than what Toyota said. After that, we don't take our vehicles anywhere expect to One and Done. I highly recommend. Great service all the time.

I took my older Chevy Suburban to One and Done because Craig is a certified Chevrolet Master Technician and I needed someone who knows what he is doing. He tracked down a very difficult-to-find part (due to the age of my Suburban) and fixed the issues I was having with my vehicle. He also discovered some shoddy work caused from when I had PDR done on my roof - the PDR guy didn't put something back properly and it caused my rear air vents to not work. Thank you Craig and crew! I appreciate the extra mile that you went to get my issues professionally handled!

Fantastic service at One and Done auto & collision! They went above and beyond when the truck was damaged in an accident. Not only did they handle the repairs quickly and efficiently, but they also helped us navigate the insurance claims process. Thank you! Will definitely be back for future repairs!

One and Done Auto Repair was great. The prices were reasonable, the system they use to track your repairs, with pictures of the discrepant parts, etc was very nice to use. I was able to call about a question on the quote and get a fast and solid answer. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle and caught things that we didn't know about so that we could get ahead of potential major problems. I am very satisfied with my experience and happy to recommend them moving forward

This shop is amazing. They have been working on my fleet vehicles and personal vehicles for more than 2 years. Everything from dent repair, oil changes, new transmissions, wheels and tires, you name it they’ve helped me with it! This is a true One & Done shop! Any time there is an issue they fix it and they stand behind their work like it’s their own vehicle. I recommend everyone I can to them. Always prompt, always affordable and always doing it the right way!

I gotta give this place 5 stars because of a Great employee helped me out today. Gotta give Kaeden kudos for helping me out. The young gentleman took time from his lunch and put me back on the road. I was so thankful. If that's not customer service then I don't what is especially since I wasn't a customer. Friendly, Reliable, and Honest. I trust these folks.
