Bought two saws to cut up a tree,one saw would struggle bogg down and try to die,and other issues made sure no fluids were in it as I sent it back,these people are clueless,retarded,they told me the issue was it had no oil or gas in it .....are u serious.........guess this is the B's the two dollar saw repair man told them,and the sheep followed along.....boxes of rocks......I'll never buy another power tool there,went to tractor supply and got a better saw..............customer service skills go a long way
btw,if it were working as it should,I would not have had to go and buy another saw,think about it,you say whatever helps make you look right,no need to call craftsman,I'll shop elsewhere............

Workers are knoweldable about where products are and very helpful. Day shift I'm assuming. I got there by 4p.m.

Friendly associates as soon as you walk in the door. Kimberlie greeted us immediately with a smile, asked if we needed help and took us straight to where we needed to go. Didn't walk away after getting there either. She stayed and helped us make the best decision on our purchase. Very thankful!
