They were very fast and friendly. They showed up within 15mins of calling. I was so happy because i was on the interstate and traffic was scary. They came and changed my tire for and only charge $65

My son and his friend were stranded in the middle median of highway 30 in the middle of the night. They were stuck and unable to move their car. They called Ace Wrecker services to assist them. As you can imagine, having to call someone you don't know, in the middle of the night to help can be a little worrying, if not, flat out scary.Knowing that we couldn't help from a far, we prayed that all would end well and they would be taken care of. I am writing this review to say that they were taken care of and how I would absolutely recommend you call them in a time of need. Mr. Jimmy handled the call and took great care of son and his friend. I was told that he was caring, sincere and went the extra mile to ensure the boys got on back on the road safe and sound. My vehicle broke down while traveling through Texas, I called AAA and this towing company came to my rescue!! The driver Aaron was so kind and caring. It was on Sunday so he recommended a good repair shop, had it towed there. He dropped me off at a hotel!! Highly recommend this company! Thank you!!

The worst. Undependable, especially to roadside assistance programs. Do not use if you wish a sure response. Roadside assistance program had to contact another towing service to fulfill what Ace was too undependable to fulfill.

My Husband and I were heading to Texarkana to purchase a new washer that went out. On Hwy 30 we ran over something popping our right front tire. I used my insurance's road side assistance and they sent out Ace Wrecker and Towing to come help. On my insurance app it said that it would take an hour to have someone to us. It didnt!! We got a call from someone at the store saying it would be sooner. Aaron showed about about 15 min later. He was the most polite and friendly young man. Just having causul conversation with us while we changed our tire. I felt like a friend just came out to help us. Thank you so much Aaron!Service: Tire change
