“I had a spark plug get stuck in my 12 F-150, it broke even with the head gasket, I was really in a spot needing it for a 1300 mile trip in a week.I called three separate mechanics between Newboston Tx and Texarkana Arkansas and they all told me it would cost 2,000.00+!!!This really got me down, I drove out to talk to Al in my Jeep and he told me to try an Easy Out set , he even gave me the tools to take to my truck and try it!! It took me three minutes and didn’t cost me a dime.Thanks to Big Al , I’m going to make it to a Job interview 580 miles away in a few days, thanks to Al’s advice , knowledge and help … I’ll be able to get there.Truck runs great and he saved me a minimum of $2,000.00.He might not know how much I appreciate that moment but I do. He’s a stand up guy and did me a solid.Not a lot of mechanics will give you tools .”
