Bad omen here?.. Feels like it- 2 very unpleasant visits as a customer.
!!!NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY!!!
(fill up somewhere else where you’re appreciated)
•NO LAUNDRY FACILITY
•NO DRIVER LOUNGE
•NO FREE PARKING- $10 per night, even if you fill up
•NO SHOWERS 12am to 6am
•only one Truck Entrance/ Exit- inconvenient causing congestion.
•NO USEFUL STAFF- UNFRIENDLY, Always busy chatting on their phone, with friends and/Or hiding at both store and restaurants.
•Trucker walk-in entry inconvenient located at front of store, so if it’s raining make sure to take your umbrella with you or you’re going to be soaked by the time you get back in your truck.
Place reeks of cheap elderly perfume(hurts the sinuses).
I tried to make my stay a pleasant one here, but had I known this was the place I had a bad experience at once before I wouldn’t have stopped here.
First visit was late at night/ early morning I fueled up and went to get my receipt and couldn’t find the entrance to the store. When I finally found the entrance I walked around looking at some of the items they have, grabbed a coffee and realized that I’m the only customer in the store and there’s nobody else in sight and nobody greeted me as I entered the store, at this point I’m thinking the place probably got robbed and the staff is tied up somewhere so I hollered HELLLOOO!!! and a lady popped up from behind the counter and said yes can I help you? I said well yeah I didn’t see or hear anybody and thought I was alone here, she then looked over at the other lady at the register next to the front door where I entered and said we’ve been sitting here all this time. The other lady looked at me and went back to messing with her phone very quietly and acted like I was a problem. So I said just need a receipt for my fuel and pay for my coffee.
Second visit, is when I found out they don’t have laundry facility and no showers between 12am-6am, I ordered stale food not knowing it of course and they only gave me one small packet of ranch dressing only because I asked for it and said I could get some more at Denny’s.
I went to Denny’s and the front staff wasn’t there, I stood there while the “cook” paced around in the kitchen glancing at me now and then but not saying anything to me, this went on for a good ten minutes, when the hostess/ waitress finally came in from either the store area or from taking a smoke break and asked if she could help me. She was nice enough to give me some ranch dressing,
I sat down in the store “lobby” to eat, heard another customer of another race request ranch dressing and they gave him some, so they either hide the ranch dressing or they limited me to one tiny packet.
Early next morning went to enjoy some breakfast at Denny’s, but they only take cash.
I’m done with this place and hope I never have to come back here again.

The most disrespectful person iv ever met that treated me unfair. She talk to me like i i was a dog.
She works grave shift, I think her name is Tracy older white girl.
She has no respect for people, Lack of integrity.
The worst experience I've ever had the with somebody at a fuel stop.
Truck drivers keep the lights on at thies they are overcharged for food, the snacks and fuel and on top of it. You have to pay $10 to park at sleep at night. Twenty dollars for a shower.
They don't provide security, and all we're looking for is to get some rest, but I have to wake up in the middle of the night to some crazy lady pounding at my door. She even called the police on me after I told her then I'm out of service. I can't drive because the federal government-mandated it.

Not a bad truck stop. I tell ya though some of the staff here has a bad attitude. Guy cleaning will yell at you about getting in his way. Parking attendants will knock on your truck as hard as possible, if you have not paid for parking.
So yes an uncomfortable experience here! I have high hopes that I will not have to stop here again. If I do though I know to stay out of the staff's way.... Customers are not appreciated here, at least the staff has no manners about themselves. Sad.

Don't stop here they charge trucks $10 to park. If you want business don't charge for parking. I was going to stop and park for night and eat. But when I see they charge just to park, I don't stop at places that charge to park. I went to the Loves ❤️ truck stop had alot of parking and didn't even have to pay.

False advertisement. Should've went to Love's for my fuel. Diesel advertising at 3.319 is actually 3.499. Everything, except the manager's attitude and the price of diesel, was great. Too much competition here for that.

I came in late at night. All I wanted was a shower. I double parked next to the fuel pump and had a wonderful shower! The tall young brunette/redhead was so sweet. Thank you for making my night 🤗

Great food, good store selection, clean bathrooms. However, it’s $10.00/night to park and the parking lot is really small. Only one way in and out so that clogs super quickly in the evenings when people are trying to come and go at the same time

The second star is because they still sell delicious burritos the first star is because they no longer give you free parking when you get 100 gallons of fuel try not to fuel here anymore until they learn the right way
