Stay away from this bank they will do anything to charge you fees and hold deposits sent for no reason.And if you have an issue the customer service is horrible.

I've had so many problems with this bank. There is something going on inside that bank they need to do some investigation its strange that the manager walk-up and knew what I had been depositing every week and wasn't looking at anything after I said I have never had so many problems with a bank ever. I canceled my card and I have not had a charge on my account since very strange huh

This is hands down the worst bank I’ve ever used. They closed my account which had a $1700 balance and said they will send me a cashiers check. No ETA on when I will get my money. They’re awful. STAY AWAY!!!

Needed list of deposits made into my account for a law suit.Asked in person and via phone to main numbers. Was told I couldn't get the records. That they only keep records 3 months, that they don't have that capability.Are you kidding me?! They are a bank using a accounting program. It has that capability. They have to keep records longer than 3 months.Finally I am now told they will give me the list for$35!! I have had this account over 10 yrs and have had nothing but problems with them. Lots of debate over charges that shouldn't have been there. According to the internet they don't even belong to the Better Business Bureau.For poor people we have to use banks like this but they are most definitely taking advantage of us.

The tellers are super friendly and helpful, however the bank itself is a joke. I'm waiting to close my accounts and than their computers crash! The manager at the NEW BOSTON branch is one if the rudest, tactless people I have ever met in customer service. I could have a more productive conversation with a fence post!

Literally takes over 20 minutes to cash my paycheck and am berated with questions about my company and the different companies they may have on their account, how many times I’ve cashed a paycheck there, etc. Finally someone decides to call the number RIGHT ON THE CHECK to verify it. These people are so incompetent they can’t even read the check, they automatically just berate you with questions you literally have no way of knowing. I only signed up for an account here because it seemed quicker than waiting in Walmart’s lines, but this proved to be wrong. I’d recommend pay the fee to have Walmart cash it and save the time you have to spend dealing with these people

Hello, My name is Scott Harbuck and I saw your store inside WalMart with Google maps so I was going to come into your facility to see about getting some information when I got approached by an officer of the law that told me I can't shop in this area because I drive a semi-truck, then he gave me a $163 ticket. I didn't know if you knew of this type of harassment was going on to your customers so I was informing you of this feeling of discrimination trying to open an account at your location.
