I coming to Love's in New Boston twice a day once at 5:00 in the morning when it's clean and once at 5:00 in the afternoon when it's always dirty nothing is ever stalked or filled and the employees always have an attitude a guy named Marcus is very rude every time I come in

My fries were cold the girl at the front desk was rude and they put way too much sauce on my hamburger. The hamburger was cold itself. I do not recommend this Arby's

Appears to be a newer location. The parking here is probably the easiest in the entire country. MILES of room to maneuver into the spots. Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant inside.

Nice clean store, Arby’s seem to be on the money,but what really catches my attention is clean restrooms, as the picture I posted, workers here work hard to keep clean, I appreciate when business try to keep their facilities clean, if the restroom is clean , the people handling your food are washing their hands, at least I hope, hopefully they are sanitary!!

This place sucks and I think they hire thru the local special ed class. Nobody work fast food counter. 3 tstop works 1 working trucks triple parked everywhere.

I stopped in an was checking my truck out. The shop manager came out and said if we didn't have it in the loves shop we had to leave the property. I tried explaining it was my truck. He still was rude an hateful said he was in charge and if it wasn't in there shop I couldn't put oil in my own truck. He made us leave the property. Ain't no reason to be rude and hateful to us. Been a owner operator 24 years I'll never be back

If I could give this truck stop a Big Fat Zero I would!! We were following our son in law home he was in his semi and we were in our personal vehicle. As we were assisting our son in law, the service tech and service manager came over and told us if the truck needed service we were not allowed to do it. They told us that we could not even check oil in their parking lot!!! Really!!! What kind of BS is that??!!!! So Truckers BEWARE!!! There is a nice Pilot just down the road I highly suggest you go to rather than deal with such an unacceptable place. Did I mention that we had already spent over $100 in the store. Though that isn’t a lot for this trip but we have been through New Boston, Tx many times and filled up All of our semi’s, well that will no longer happen! Our trucks will not be fueling at Love’s New Boston , Texas; since we were told that we were not even allowed to check our own oil. The sad part is they did not even ask if they could help us they just demanded that we leave immediately.
Well Service Manager thank you so much for your hospitality and for asking if you could help us with anything. You truly showed who you really are. Bet your mom and dad are real proud of you…
