just moved down the street from this 7 Eleven, been in there 4 times after 7pm with the same cashier. he is rude, has a bad attitude, if he even acknowledges that you are speaking to him. 1st time no ice for fountain drinks & no tea, 2nd time has ice but still no tea, & 4th time asked if he had dial soap, he shrugged his shoulders said I don't know it would be where you just looked. totally needs to be fired or learn to do his job!!!!!

Steven the Manager, Refused to Sell me Lottery after I went in a second time to Purchase more. He told me that Lottery was Closed, and that the Company doesn’t make enough Money off of Lottery. His Reasoning was that he had Assignment he had to Complete. He was by himself, but that is Not My Problem. I Challenge his Manager Abilities along with his Customer Service Skills are Lack of. The Restroom was Filthy and had a Strong Smell of Urine. Probably hasn’t been Cleaned in quite some Time. I Will Never go back into a 7-11 Store again, especially this ONE. You would think Store Standards would be Higher, but I guess if the Manager sett the tone with such a Bad Attitude and Service. You really can’t blame other Employees for being any Better.

Balding guy sitting there red and sick as a dog but still shows up to work because who cares about the rest society right? Coughing and sneezing so the entire area is an infection zone getting me sick in the process. Why management allowed this just shows how strapped the business is

The door to the men's room does not lock. The staff was aware and did not put up a sign or any notice. When notified, they said, "Oh, yeah."

** Update**I talked with store management who were very helpful, responsive, and professional in resolving this issue. Increased rating to reflect the handling of this situation by management.Had a bad experience with the cashier here. I prepaid for gas inside, she put the gas on the wrong pump. I went back inside to tell her of the mistake, during this time someone else pulled up to that pump and started taking the gas. She told me I had to go tell this person they owed me money. I said no, just put the gas on the right pump. She refused and said it was not her job to know the correct pumps. I did not receive the fuel I paid for.

Leaving the store UNATTENDED while just standing in the back is ridiculous. The place could of been robbed for everything if the wrong person was there. And having to WAIT to checkout for 5 mins is ridiculous. I should of just walked out with my stuff but I was a good person and actually had the patience to wait. Get better employees or don’t open.

Do not stop here for a bathroom break or snacks! The store is dirty and the bathroom, disgusting?. I don't understand how two cashier can be working and can't maintain the restrooms clean. The store has a dirty smell too!

Don’t stop there for gas unless you already want or need to go inside. 90% of the time I stop there is an issue with one or more of the gas pumps being broken or the keypad not working. The owners of this place need to buck up and get Valero to get them some new pumps.
