Called needing a unit immediately and was helped by prompt, friendly staff! The lady at the desk even helped ensure that my unit was locked in under the current rate special and pro-rated so I wasn’t over charged. The units are clean, and very easy to access! Will recommend them to anyone needing storage!

The company I work for has been renting a unit here for a couple months now, and our experience has been perfect so far. In particular, the lady at reception has been wonderful - very helpful and friendly on every occasion I've visited. Great customer service!

So I had a ladder stolen out of the back of truck. I went in and asked if I review the cameras and the darker lady at the desk told me the cameras only recorded for an hour. I'm just letting everyone know. I probably wouldn't rent here if I wanted my stuff to remain secure. Just saying. A hard drive capable of holding a week's worth of video is a small investment. Having 17 cameras that only go back an hour is a false sense of security for your customers. It's just a bummer. Hope this encourages you to reinvest in your customers

I would never personally use this storage location, a family member used this location to store some of their property while traveling. The storage space was broken into on 2 different occasions, and as I was leaving once car entered after I entered my code to leave, they never entered their code, but that is how people get in and break into the storage space. There was no action on the property owner to make things better. Reported to police but they have nothing to investigate as there is very little security
