I have rented from Aarons previously, and it has always been a great experience for me. Recently I purchased a new TV, bed frame, and Mattress. Israel helped me with my purchases, and all went very smoothly. I was very pleased! Last night I went to sleep on my new mattress, and woke up this morning realizing the mattress that I purchased was not what I expected. It wasn't comfortable enough for me. Everyone is different; this is a nice mattress just to firm for me. I went back to the store this morning, and purchased an upgraded mattress from Israel. Instead of having to wait days for it to be delivered he had it delivered today! He definitely has gone above and beyond to help me with everything!!! Very very pleased with not only the purchasing of the TV and bed from Aarons, but the delivery process as well. The guys who delivered to my house; Mike, Steve, and Noah were very respectful, helpful, and cleaned up after setting everything up, and just very nice guys! I will continue to make purchases from Aarons. ? percent satisfied!!!

We got a set of couches from here. Unfortunately I got behind two payments I made a call today to see if I could make the payment on 4 more days. Nick said no. And before I could talk to nick they put me on hold for 20 minutes I figured they forgot about me so I hung up and called back again. They put me on hold for another while. So I hung up and called again just for this. For anyone looking to buy furniture, I recommend you save up and buy it cash. Because I’ve paid about half of the price already and that’s money we lost. In their advertisement they say the can help reschedule payments to make sure you become owner of the furniture and it’s not true.

Tried to get new couches and tv but they had to reschedule the delivery for the next business day because no one showed up to deliver then the next delivery the couch was broken and they didn't know about it till they started moving it waited all day for a delivery that never showed by 6pm I called canceled the deliveryi also called and complained to corporate but that was a big waste of time. Now today I waited till almost 6pm for them to pick up my other couch I sent back because it was complete garbage they waste customers time and are very rude over the phone I suggest people go else where

Hope and Robert I believe were their names ! Fantastic! There was an issue with our water pipes and they still did the damn thing. We will continue our business with them! Thank y’all for being fantastic and I’m so sorry for the issues along the way! Y’all did amazing considering the circumstances!!!!

Aaron's staff is very friendly and very professional my dryer went out last week and they come today to Replace it with another dryer until they Fix mine. Thank you ?

A roommate of mine who is deaf ordered a bedset in December and we've been having problems with this location ever since. First the delivery men DIDN'T have their own tools to assemble bed then they were very careless bringing in the bed and chipped the headboard. The guy seemed annoyed and said it looked ok just call the store. Also we are still missing the attachment rails to her mirror for dresser. We have called many times to report it & have gone in to report it, but they are giving us the run around but they are quick to charge her on the first. Who can we get a hold of to get her rails?

Ordered a new sectional couch in mid December from the New Braunfels, TX location. They said order would be processed and delivery made in 7-10 business days. After Christmas, I called them when I hadn’t heard anything. They had no idea my order was even in their store! In the mean time, Aaron’s has begun asking me for my payments. I finally get a delivery for 1/5, but they didn’t have the drivers to make their own dates. I reluctantly agreed on a 1/6 delivery, which as of this typing, has still not delivered. I have received. O notifications aside from when I call them and the customer service is less than confident in the information they provide (if they provide any at all).

We have a washer and dryer and a couch from this location we came in today to add a bed for our house first we called and talk to him on the phone that was very rude and didn’t want to help us she told us to come into the location when we showed up a lady name Stacey The standing behind the counterI told her that we had called him and she must’ve been the one we talked on the phone she said yes I asked her to please show me the mattresses she acted like she didn’t want to help us smelling like cigarettes and scowling at us we finally picked out a mattress and went to the counter it took her 20 minutes to figure out how to get it goingThen we changed the mattress that we wanted she went and talk to the manager and I heard her actually say she had to do it all over again on our docusign with attitude to get the mattress we were so turned of at that point and she came back and gave the energy of being annoyed with us so we left to shop somewhere elseShe basically walked us right out the door with her attitude and a horrible smell of cigarettes I’m not sure why would they even have somebody as a sales person that can’t even smile in your direction and treats people like they are inconveniencing her ?

I went to Aaron's a week ago and my husband and I paid our bill and decided we need another bed we spoke with Desiree and got us all set up as we thought she explained that our bedroom set would be here on the first of the month. My husband has cleaned out the bedroom so the new furniture can be set up. I am sitting here when it's getting close to 1:00 pm and I have not heard anything so I decided to call and guess what DESIREE NEVER schedule us. Now I have no furniture to sleep on and I am disabled I also had to schedule this day and for what nothing. I have never ever had a issue with them until this worker. Right now at this very moment I am still waiting for a call back. I have nothing to sleep on I will have to sleep on the floor and being disabled is not easy

I live in New Braunfels and go to the store here by IH 35. I have 2 accounts and my husband 3 and since the beginning we’ve had always had issues with the payments they take it out the wrong card then they we call them to fix it the next month still the same thing then they try to come and pick up the furniture like it was our fault the payment wasn’t made one employee even had the nerve to take out a payment that was my husbands payment out of my card that was on my account without me giving authorization, I called the other day to get my payments fixed to reflect on my new paydays from my new job and the store manager Joel acted like it was such a Hassle and caught himself when he started complaining to me about all the trouble we have been it’s not our fault your employees don’t know how to do things right!! Once we start closing these accounts and pay them off we are DONE with this store making a bad rep for this company and we will NEvER do business with them again we will take our money else where.

My husband and I stopped by this location on our way home last Sunday. We are looking to purchase a new washer and dryer. Unfortunately Desiree was the only employee working at the time. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any retail store in my entire life! She was extremely rude and started raising her voice at me! She literally was talking to me like a was some little punk off the street! Desiree seriously needs some immediate training in customer service and people skills! Giving one star simply because I can't give ZERO!!!!****I wanted to add that my husband and I spoke with the manager of this location, Michelle and she is awesome! We purchased a new washer and dryer as well as a new mattress. The two young men who made the delivery were quick, friendly and efficient. We are enjoying our new appliances and love our new mattress!
