“Cold front is approaching…I need a ceramic heater for the RV.HD site says they have 55 tower heats in stock.We head to HD across town.Ask a clerk where they are…she says "if we have any left, aisle 5’.Aisle 5…devoid of any heaters…big empty shelves… CRAPOLA!Yeah, I’m disgruntled as I’m charging out.I’m mouthing to my wife as we’re leaving…As we are about to exit, a clerk from the CS desk hears me and asks if I’m finding everything. You know where that went..She says, oh…earlier there was a big stock of those in the center aisle.Head to the center aisle. Yep, 50 of them!Excellent help!”

“I have rented from Aarons previously, and it has always been a great experience for me. Recently I purchased a new TV, bed frame, and Mattress. Israel helped me with my purchases, and all went very smoothly. I was very pleased! Last night I went to sleep on my new mattress, and woke up this morning realizing the mattress that I purchased was not what I expected. It wasn't comfortable enough for me. Everyone is different; this is a nice mattress just to firm for me. I went back to the store this morning, and purchased an upgraded mattress from Israel. Instead of having to wait days for it to be delivered he had it delivered today! He definitely has gone above and beyond to help me with everything!!! Very very pleased with not only the purchasing of the TV and bed from Aarons, but the delivery process as well. The guys who delivered to my house; Mike, Steve, and Noah were very respectful, helpful, and cleaned up after setting everything up, and just very nice guys! I will continue to make purchases from Aarons. ? percent satisfied!!!”

“They had the hard to find torx sockets for newer vehicle bolts. Replacing the shocks on a 2013 dodge dart. E14 and e20 needed. Also salt bags needed for my water softener.”

“Great selection of all the hardware and home improvement needs that you could imagine.I really enjoy their gardening section and all the employees always been helpful and show me where the products are that I'm looking for. I like browsing for general home improvement ideas and the appliance section give me a pretty good idea of some of the upgrades I could do with my house. Sometimes I do need a board cut and it is nice that they can cut a piece of plywood as I need for any shelving or various needs around the house.”
