The guy was horrible super rude told us that our coffee table was not in stock after we were told it was then we let him know that we were confirmed that we had our coffee table in and he told us that Monday was a different day and that he didn't need to recheck it. After we called the next day and they told us they had it and why didn't we pick it up. Then I got promised to get it delivered and it was a no show horrible will never come here again

Customer service after the sale is the WORST. I’ve spent almost 6 months trying to resolve an issue with our purchase. Time will tell if it actually gets resolved, believe it when I see it. Definitely won’t buy from them again.

Hope at the distribution center was awesome! There was a problem with paperwork at pick up. She went above and beyond to find a solution and assure me that it would get resolved. I was able to pick up furniture as planned and the warehouse workers were extremely helpful too!

People working here are nice and friendly...but there is only 2 of them.... 1 girl in front entering orders into computer and 1 guy in warehouse..So Bring something to read while u wait .. call at least 2 hrs b4 you arrive so they can pull your furniture and you only have to wait an hour and a half . Bring your own straps. There is 1 little old nice friendly guy working the ENTIRE warehouse pulling and HELPING YOU load the furniture...so, Bring muscles ! They are closed Sunday and Monday....open saturday..expect a 3 hr wait on saturdays.

A few issues a long the way but as soon as I notified David Enciso, he went right to work ensuring we got our items ordered as promised. Still waiting dresser drawer but I am sure it will come soon.

My family purchased an order from Ashley’s in March of 2023. Fast forward 4 months to July of 2023 we received a phone call from Ashley’s confirming our order was complete and ready to pickup. We confirmed with Ashley’s that we would be picking it up 2 weeks later and locked in the pickup date. The day before pickup we called to confirm one last time before pickup but heard the unfortunate news that Ashely’s no longer had our order in the Wearhouse. After numerous phone calls with customer service and other warehouses we were told the item was unavailable and only a refund could be given.On pickup day we drove to the Wearhouse in New Braunsfal where we met Hope. She was very easy to work with, great customer service, and found us the item we had been desperately looking for. She made our experience with Ashley’s much more enjoyable after our initial unfortunate news.If other customers are struggling with Ashley’s customer service I would highly recommend speaking with Hope since she was the only one that looked into our situation.

The New Braunfels distribution center personnel did great with our order. Special shout-out to hope who exceeded all expectations, figured out how to fix a couple of problems/restrictions in the computer and get us our order when the call center was saying it would be over a week. When Hope is there, there will always be hope!!!!

Ashley has absolutely NO CLUE what customer service is. I purchased a large cabinet and they use this computer system that generates a text stating delivery date and time. They have scheduled delivery 4 times and so far they have sent me a text or someone calls after the time they were scheduled to say the delivery was cancelled due to product is back ordered. Then I get another text (last time within one hour of being cancelled) asking me to reschedule because my furniture is ready to be delivered.I’ve spoken to Ashley corporate customer service 4 times now, they all promised they would contact the warehouse and give me a confirmation that my furniture is actually there and will be delivered. So far I haven’t received that notification and it’s going on a month of very frustrating horrible customer service and lies by their employees. I will NEVER buy anything from Ashley again as I’m hearing the same story from other business people I work with that had similar experiences with this company.

Hope Perez was AMAZING. I saw her handle three difficult (and rude) clients with poise and a high level of professionalism, even though they were being disrespectful to her. I felt uncomfortable for her and offended by the customers' lack of respect, but NONETHELESS Hope stayed professional and offered various ways to help the situation.Hope was such an amazing professional, I needed to take this time to give her kudos for all the work she puts in.Thanks for making MY DAY, Hope!! The furniture is great, we love it. The actual purchase process took 45 minutes after we decided what we wanted to buy. UNBELIEVABLE! Picking up from the distribution center was also a fiasco. This review covers two separate purchases and pick ups within 10 days. For a name-brand furniture store, this was a horribly pitiful series of 4 interactions. We almost cancelled the order to go to one of the other two stores we also purchased from in the same time period: the purchase part at those other two stores took less than 5 minutes each and included delivery.

Good. Fast, friendly service both in the front office on our arrival and in the warehouse. Only disappointment was the ppl I talked to on the phone when scheduling an appointment for p/u never advised the warehouse.
