Eli is the best customer service agent I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t say enough good things. I was going through a very hard time with some family matters and he helped me when I wasn’t expecting it at all. I cannot recommend Eli and this storage facility enough!

The location is well kept and the staff is beyond friendly stopped in the other day while checking out a few storage places and the lady there answered about a million questions for me with a smile on her face. Will definitely be using them if I decide to pull the trigger on a unit!

This is Michael with American water damage, and Mary Jane has been so helpful with reaching out when our units are due and keeping up with them and she always so helpful when opening new units. Highly recommend.

They just took over my storage unit in San Antonio. My monthly rent is $76 for my unit and instead of taking a prorated amount for July rent, they charged my account $152. I call them and there's no one to talk to and so far no callbacks after leaving my contact info twice. This company is a rip off with poor customer service!
