We want to give a shout out to our wonderful customer service guy, Bobby, that helped us set up my new iPad with an extraordinary amount of patience while also being able to service at least 5 other customers while we were there. He was very knowledgeable and we will surely be back here if we need another service!

Best AT&T store that I have experienced. The Rep really knew the phone, the deals and was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Glad this is my neighborhood store!

Moving from one provider to another is nerve racking, but the reprentives at AT&T made the experience smooth and relatively easy. Thanks to them for making the transition easier than expected.

My local ATT location is very close to my house. The employee was very helpful and friendly; he enabled me to make the best choices related to Direct TV.

Could be better. Hit a bump in my new phone transfer, employee working there had no interest helping me. She just said idk and pretty much told me to figure it out, nice but definitely was too lazy to help. Drove to creekside for further assistance and got my transfer completed & was assisted in opening 4 new lines ?

I am not tech savvy. Even the simplest tasks when setting up a new phone gives me a headache. We went to ATT and Joseph served us. He helped us transfer all of our data to the new phones dealt with some troubleshoots entertained our children and was very patient with us, especially coming in before closing. He was amazing knew a lot about the products shared resources and gave us his time. We definitely appreciate him for helping us with our products.

This is for sure one of the best AT&T stores around! This store makes it so so simple and easy to get into a new device! And they have a great selection of cases to choose from.

They're not very friendly or helpful at this store at all go to the one at creekside they're very helpful and friendly
