As someone who has never been savvy with vehicles, until recently with me trying more using the Tube of You; I felt awkward to have to stop at a parts store, AND I had my daughter with me which made me more nervous(I know that’s dorky but I was 😆). Immediately when I walked in, I was kindly received by Jerry, who was an awesome sport with me not saying/knowing everything correctly. He was even kind enough to change the part for me. I was/and still am EXTREMELY grateful for Jerry!!!!! He helped me correctly diagnose why the problem happened and get the part for that too(which I fixed later). I was in and out and back on the road so quick!! Thank you Autozone for having such a knowledgeable, kind and friendly representative!

Lady D, Manager & Peyton were friendly and helpful when I came by last night with my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. They stated my battery was ok after testing and advised I visit the dealership for possible warranty issue.

I made an appointment at a dealership that would cost me $200 just to analyze the problem of my Heater not working. I looked up what I could do myself to fix problem!
Off I went to Auto Zone, Jose the Night manager was so nice and helpful. I needed coolant and bought a couple of items.
He helped me carry to truck and offered to assist me with my truck. The gratitude 🙏 and kindness overwhelmed me so.
He is truly an Angel and demonstrates Exceptional Customer Service!
Needless to say I canceled my appointment at Dealership.
Customer for life!

Had a young gentleman help me out today with a blinker that was going out on my truck. He was very polite and respectful and really went above and beyond. Awesome customer service from the staff.

I would like to give a shout out about an employee named LaDeana at the auto zone off 337 . I went there this afternoon to get a new battery. LaDeana tested my battery as I requested and we found out my battery was no good. I purchased a new one there at the store and LaDeana came out in the cold and took my old one off and replaced it with my new one. It was really cold outside but she was such a pleasure to be around and she knew exactly what she was doing. That is the best service I’ve had in a long time. Thank You to Auto zone for hiring people that know what they are doing . And a big Thank You to LaDeana for her time, professionalism and kindness.

Every now and then an angel appears in your life when you really need one. Who knew she would be working the counter at the AutoZone on Loop 337 in New Braunfels? Thank you, Miss Deana, for going way above the call of duty by leaving that counter to others while you stepped out into a light drizzle and resuscitated my 25-year-old Lincoln Navigator like a master mechanic. You had a gleam in your eye, a smile a yard wide, and a heart as big as Texas as you sent me on my way forever grateful for stopping by AutoZone last night! Thanks again for your help and thanks to the management for finding such a gem to represent your company.

Worst experience at an AutoZone ever. Went in and purchased a battery on 12/14/2024. The store manager Leo was very rude and seemed like he would rather be doing anything but help me get my car going again. He was reluctant to give his name and when we took the core for the battery back, he told us he was busy right now and had to get another employee to return it. I wish I could give zero stars, shame on this store. Store #04249

If you need anything for your vehicle go see TRAVIS FORD at the 337 location. He is very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for exceptional customer service. Went in looking for a new battery for daughters boyfriends car and some other accessories and had us hooked up and out the door in a great amount of time.
Couldn't ask for anyone nicer in Auto zone!!
