My girlfriend come in for a battery replacement at 07:15PM. The worker there either do not know how or refused to help her. In California the employee will change the battery in a heart beat. It only takes about 10 seconds. I send her the direction from the manual and she did it herself.

I want to give a shout out to Mr. Izzy and JD , you guys are awesome. Thank you so much for your help today. Izzy you really helped me by helping me get the right battery for my car. You were able to let me know that the battery I had in my car wasn't the right battery and that really helped me out alot and JD you had my new battery in so quick and I was able to get back on the road worry free. JD at Auto Zone NB on Oak Sprawl provided me with outstanding customer service- I purchased a bulb for a headlight and it proved to be a very stubborn bulb! JD went out of his way to troubleshoot and tried multiple things with a great attitude, and got the bulb changed for me. He was confident, knowledgeable and polite- Thank you JD!

Did a battery swap out. Manager came out, measured my battery life then swapped my battery out personally. On top of that, gave me a discount for no reason. Big fan of this place.
