Next to Citibank, BOA has to be the worst one I have dealt with. You run the risk of taking your own life if you have to use their automatic telephone system, it's just horrible. Through my whole auto loan life (5 years), they could never get my contact information correct, until my last payment. On my last payment, I ended up with a late 30 day on my credit record because of their incompetency. Now I am having to deal with them not sending my car title. They probably didn't correct my contact information. After hanging up with the telephone representative, I just wanted to close my eyes and walk out into the middle of the street.

They have the sweetest personnel in the bank lobby. They're the greatest, very helpful and very perfessional. I wish they would build a satellite bank of America on Hwy 46 between New Braunfels and Seguin. They truly need one because of the tremendous growth of houses being built, businesses and now another elementary school! We NEED A NEW B of A!!!

Was just at the branch this morning at around 11am. In other words, at the start of a new working week and on a Monday, there is only ONE teller to serve the long line of customers. While waiting in line, I called out to the other employees in their offices, asking, "Is there only one teller to serve all these people?" To which he replied, raising his index finger, "Yes, there is only one person to serve customers".No sense of shame, no apologies. Zero customer service. This is shameful on part of Bank of America. This branch does the name a great disservice.

Needing a cashier’s check and did not have my debit card, thought it was going to be a big headache. Just needed two forms of ID and Matt was very helpful on walking me through this process and making sure the cashier’s check info was accurate!Thank you Matt!

I hardly ever go to the bank but this morning I went in and was helped by Juana and she was so pleasant and professional. I work in customer service so I’m always watching for how my service is everywhere I go. She was so thorough and helpful. I really appreciate the attention to my accounts and how my experience went today. Go see Juana!

What a joke! This particular location closes so early that my teenage child could never make it in time out of high school to pull money that her West Coast dad would send her. Constant issues with her ATM card. Then fast forward a year and a half, they won't negotiate a check drawn on their bank, they won't turn it into a cadhier's check, and they won't verify funds of said account. Seems as though they really don't want you to have access to your money. They make 100 excuses to keep YOUR MONEY in their "bank". Very questionable practices.

I set an appointment for a deaf friend whose account was hacked and her situation was difficult for her to fix alone due to communication barrier. Matt Swift attended us & was beyond helpful. He communicated for her through his direct line to customer service and was able to resolve the situation. I was very relieved that we had Matt help us. Thanks again Matt. ?

No answer via phone. I've been trying repeatedly and it just rings. Had a problem with the ATM machine not giving me credit for my deposit and was given the incorrect information by an employee inside. When I asked the phone representative to transfer funds she indicated I only had one account, which is incorrect. What is going on at BOA. Worst service

Friendly staff and have been very helpful. Just wish they had drive thru teller service and not just multiple drove thru atms. When you are making commercial deposits, it would be easier not to have to get down and wait in line.

Horrible customer service when you go to the bank in person and good luck trying to find local banks. You have to drive many miles to get to a Bank of America location just to wait and wait for service......ridiculous.
