“I’m not from NB, TX. Stopped in to buy a shop shirt. This is the kind of shop every place needs. Even though I only stopped in to buy a shirt (2 and a mud guard), shop owner was super cool and very knowledgeable. We got to laughing at a guy who stopped in and was wearing an airbag on his motorcycle….so much so, I bought the wrong sized shirt. Brought it back, we laughed at my dumb ass and was able to exchange no problems at all. Got to talking about 5Dev cranks. I said when I was ready, I’d call the shop to order. Shop owner replied, “you can order direct from them…”. I thought that was kind of a cool thing to say. But….still gonna order from the shop if I decide to buy them. Will be back for sure when I’m back in town.

Amazing kindness and quick fix today!
I took my daughter’s mountain bike to The Chain Link Bicycle Shop in New Braunfels today because it was in rough shape—a bunch of pieces had popped off, and I had no idea what was wrong or how much it would cost to fix. It looked like something foreign to me, and I was honestly a little worried.
I talked to the lady at the shop, and she was so welcoming—she just said, “Bring it on in, I’ll take a look.” Within 30 seconds of checking it out, she had everything snapped back together perfectly and said, “There you go, it’s fixed!”
I asked what I owe you , and she replied, “Nothing!” I couldn’t believe it—such genuine kindness and generosity! She went above and beyond to help without even charging a dime.
Thank you so much for being amazing and making my day. This shop is the best—friendly, fast, and truly caring. Highly recommend!”
