We purchased our 2023 Grand Cherokee Limited in April of 23 and when we went into financing they of course start the add-on spiel and we passed on everything but I finally gave in to the paint and interior package. We usually don't add-on extended warranties because we will normally trade-in the vehicle in 2-3 years. We were really glad that we got the paint protection because we had some bird poop on the hood that we didn't see until a couple of days after it had happened and it caused a stain that I could not get off with normal washing. So I called Antonio Martinez the finance officer that had sold us the protection package and told him about the situation and he was able to get me in that afternoon and get the stain out of the paint. Needless to say I was very happy about that but then he told me if I had a couple of hours he would get the car completely redone with a new coat of the paint protection and the interior protection! He offered to take me home or somewhere so I wouldn't have to sit at the dealership, I thanked him for his offer and told him I was going to walk to the stores just behind the dealership. When I returned the SUV looked brand new after his team re-applied the protection inside and outside. This is the second car we have purchased with Bluebonnet Jeep and have always been treated very well so I guess you might say this was just the icing on the cake.Thank you Antonio and your team for such great treatment!Lloyd and Linda D.

I've purchased four vehicles at BB Jeep. The first three experiences were great, so I never considered looking elsewhere. My most recent purchase has been a nightmare. I have been at the dealership at least 7 times within 3 months of my purchase.1) They forgot to put mats in the car (not really a big deal). 2) The salesperson told me just to show up at the wash tub and they would assist in setting up my membership. The wash tub told me I needed paperwork from the dealership. When I went back, they told me that the wash tub was taken out of the sale but the salesperson was never transparent about it. 3) I was without the car for a few days for them to fix a scratch that was there when purchased (also not a big deal). 4) A clip holding the bumper appears to have broken. Salesperson told met to bring to service. Service told me they couldn't fix and told me to take to body shop. I called multiple times and no one at the dealership knew who could fix the issue. I got the runaround for a couple of weeks. The sales manager was extremely dismissive of me and had another sales person deal with me. I have now been without my car for over three weeks. Not ideal for someone who commutes for work.The only good thing going for this dealership is John in service, who has provided excellent service for several years. I am also thankful that they have given me a loaner vehicle, however it is frustrating to make a payment on a new vehicle that I don't even have currently. Service is no longer a priority to this dealership, however it is still important to your loyal customers.

Great buying experience!! Mike my salesman was waiting outside expecting my arrival. Knowing that I was pressed for time everything was was waiting for my signatures. The whole process took less than an hour from start to finish even the new vehicle orientation!!. Highly recommend if your in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Danny was great to work with! I got my jeep refreshed before it hit 100k miles, and he was awesome! Didn’t try to oversell me on anything, was honest and had great communication throughout the whole process. The shuttle service was great too! No issues. I highly recommend!

Jerome and Craig did a great job! I’m super happy and feel like my input mattered most when purchasing my Jeep. This is my second purchase from Jerome. Service is poor. We have purchased 3 new cars from this dealership. That experience was great all three times. However, after the sale, all customer service and loyalty falls off. The service department just doesn't care.Appointments are difficult to get. Loaners are never available - even for warranty work. They do nothing beyond their one solution to help you. Even simple fixes aren't performed in a timely, helpful or friendly/professional manner.We have proven ourselves to be very good customers. But...We won't buy the next Jeep from this dealership.

I can't say enough great things about Bluebonnet Jeep and their phenomenal staff. Our salesman Jeremiah K. is always welcoming and makes time to listen and answer any questions we may have. Bluebonnets Service Department is equally as exceptional as Sales. John J. makes sure that we know exactly what services will be performed and advises on the cost before obtaining a signature to perform services. I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in without an appointment and John J. took my vehicle right in. I scheduled some additional services while there and John J. made sure he stayed in contact with me through the entire process. 100% satisfaction from both Sales and Service. We will always buy our vehicles from BB Jeep as long as Jeremiah K. and John J. are there.

This is the second jeep that I have purchased from BB Jeep. The first experience was great. The second was even better even though it was the same salesman! Jose is nothing short of amazing! I recommend anyone in the market to seek him out. He didn't only remember me from 2015 but he remembered the conversations had. Great guy! The rest of the BB Team were awesome too! Very helpful and courteous.

Lee and his manager were amazing! Lee helped my husband and I since our last vehicle got totaled. He has been so patient, kind, communicative and knowledgeable. This dealership really wants what is best for the customer, not just for sales. It has a family owned type or feel to it. I wouldn't want to buy my next vehicle any where else.

I tried Bluebonnet after a disappointing drive back from the San Marcos dealership where they advertised an i transit Jeep for several weeks. I wanted to know when it would arrive and they had no idea and had no options for me to test drive. So I noted Bluebonnet was on the way home and decided to check them out. Immediately Bruce asked me if he could help, and after giving him all the options I was looking for, he suggested looking at the certified Jeep Gladiator suggestions. I was hesitant as I wanted a new vehicle, but immediately we identified it had all the options I required a MUCH reduced price compared to new and I had room to play with to add more features. Bruce and I share Veteran status, and I appreciated the additional discount he gave me for my service. The process was smooth, he worked with my very busy schedule, and ultimately deliver a Jeep I very much love right now. Thanks Bruce and Bluebonnet! 5 Stars!

Avoid this establishment if you prefer to do business with ethical people. We saw a vehicle we were interested in and called to make sure it was on the lot before driving an hour to get there. We were assured it was and that it would be parked out front for viewing when we arrived. It was not. Adriane said “It is in the shop undergoing warranty work so isn’t available. Would you like to look at something else?” Obviously, they usesleazy bait and switch sales tactics. We will not do business with them and cannot recommend them to anyone.
