They exceeded all expectations. Was originally apprehensive due to our truck being basically purchased off the showroom floor before being rear ended. But let me tell you…Bob knocked it out the park. Totally worth the wait. Highly recommend to anyone. USAA collaboration with Body Works Collision Center is a solid partnership indeed.

Randy and his guys did a great job getting my car back to square one after my accident. it looks fantastic and the job was done with great attention to detail and speedy! will definitely bring any vehicles i need worked on here and would recommend to anyone!

I am giving them a 3 star review because although they did a great job on what insurance paid for, I asked them to repair a few things that I was going to pay out of pocket and I believe I got over charged. I asked for some rubber seal around the bottom of my windshield and on the driver’s side to be replaced. When Chris called me to give me the quote he said it would be $1000 because they would also have to replace the windshield. My husband and I thought that was fair. Chris called me a week later with “good news” it was only going to cost me $641! That was great! I picked up my car on 4/19 and only the driver’s side seal had bee replaced along with what they had to fix for my accident. Chris said that the bottom seal had not come in yet and he didn’t have to replace the windshield like he thought. I paid $575. I’m disappointed that the final quote does not still include the windshield. I feel like although Bodywork Collision has done a good job, their prices are a little high. I am happy that I’d didn’t cost us $1000!

This place has 5 stars for a reason! All nice employees in the office area, very helpful over the phone support, and man, absolutely perfect paint work. I was quoted a month for repairs and wound up getting my car back by 2 weeks.

Our car got severely damaged by hail while driving one afternoon. Bodyworks was on the list of "direct repair shops" provided by our insurance company. I retired as an insurance agent and understand the value of using a direct repair facility but know i could choose whatever shop i wanted. I chose this shop because of the 5-star rating and comments here. We made an appointment, but before that date hit a deer. Dang! It took a month for repairs, but it was a major project. Our car is back and as good as new. Before being in the insurance business I had been in the auto repair industry and I inspected the finished car closer than most might have. I nope to never need their services again but if I I do require bodywork it will be done at Bodyworks.

Had a deer strike; not too crazy thankfully! These folks were the only place available at the time of insurance referral. They were swamped with work, but they got it done as fast as they could and I’m happy with the repairs. These folks are friendly and honest. Communication was great regarding the status of my repairs; I didn’t have to call them for information. They even offer a follow up inspection of their work after a month from repair and will detail your vehicle thereafter. I’d go back again, but hope it’s not anytime soon!

Fantastic customer service and all around work completed by the BWC team! I used to work for a car dealer in San Marcos and used said dealer's collision center for previous repairs, but their level of service and customer care is unmatched compared to Body Works. This was my first time using BWC as they are USAA preferred. From prior experience, I honestly didn't expect this service to go as smoothly as it did. The service team who repaired my vehicle did a phenomenal job. Bob, my advisor, was friendly and professional during each encounter and very communicative, which was much appreciated.
