Driving from AZ to NC and brake light comes on in TX. Made an appointment and these guys are awesome! They found the issue (nothing actually wrong with the brakes), got me out in 1 hour and didn't charge me. Fantastic!!

They deternine the issue Monday. I made an appointment for 10 on Wednesday. They did not have the part so the had to order it. I ended up leaving around 4pm

I had an appointment on Dec. 14, 2025 to have my brakes and rotors checked because of vibration when I apply the brakes they told me what I needed to be replaced but I couldn’t do the change for them on the same day so they put everything back into place and when I left less than 9 minutes into driving on my way home in Seguin my brake fluid light turns on. My brake failed going 75 MPH on I 35 North almost causing me to rear end a vehicle ahead of me due to brake fluid failure. When I applied my emergency hand brake to come to a stop at the Kohl’s parking lot my entire driver side front wheel was leaking brake fluid. When I called them when I made an emergency stop they said “we had only checked ur brake pads and rotors and hung up.” Called them again saying my brake fluid is leaking and drain my entire reservoir they had said “if u can bring the car back we can check and see what caused it to see if it was our fault.” I know for a damn fact it’s not my fault because I do not know what the brake lines look like or where it’s at. I am 21 years old broke, basically paying a car, insurance, and phone bill I can barely afford.

John explained each of the options available to me along with helping us to come within our budget, he applied discounts where he could and also highlighted his personal recommendations based on the safety of driving the vehicle.
