From the lady at the front desk, to the gentlemen who work there, everybody was so friendly and finished my repairs quickly. I was so pleased with the service I received here. Hopefully I don’t ever have to return (LOL 🤣) but if I do need a repair shop in the future, I will definitely trust them again!

This was my first time using Calibur Collision. I was greeted by Josh. Josh was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He took the time to get the correct part for my car and the outcome was outstanding so satisfied to have my car back running like new. I will definitely recommend using Caliber Collision. Ask for Josh he's amazing!

There were some delays due to parts and personnel issues, but I was kept informed at all times. I wanted the repairs done right, not rushed, and I am delighted with the results. The car looks and drives like new.

Ask for Josh if possible because he is efficient but thorough. Also, I have had extremely positive experiences with every staff member at the New Braunfels location. It’s a big chain, but my experience felt attentive and personal.

Please be very cautious when taking your vehicle here. The shop caused additional damage to my car on the exterior and interior and attempted to not disclose it to me, but luckily, I found it when picking up my car initially. The workmanship done on my paint and repairs to my car were also very disappointing. It took multiple times of me, looking at my car and going back to the technician for issues to be fixed. My car spent nearly a month in the shop because of damages that were caused to my vehicle while in the care of caliber.
