After hitting a deer at nearly 40 MPH, my car needed major repairs -- a new hood, quarter panel, and headlight, as well as some minor repairs to the driver’s side door. Louis handled everything with incredible professionalism, and worked with my insurance company to ensure my car wasn’t totaled out, which I'm sure they were eager to do.
The quality of the repairs is outstanding. My car looks brand new inside as well as out, thanks to the incredible detailing job Louis did. The attention to detail and care he puts into his work is eminently apparent.
If you’re looking for an auto repair shop that goes above and beyond, CAM Collision is the place to go. I highly recommend them for their honesty, craftsmanship, and customer service.

We live out of state, but visit the Seguin/New Braunfels area regularly. An auto glass company recommended CAM Collision & Customs last year when a tree branch fell on our car breaking the rear window and putting a dent in the roof. Then last week at Home Depot a flatbed cart rolled into our tailgate leaving a small dent. Luis could not have been better to work with. He worked us in because we were getting close to leaving for home. Even more important, he did a great job (we can’t even tell where the damage was) and his charge was very fair. Wish all businesses were run the way Luis operates CAM.

I appreciate C.A.M collision more than they know! We are new to the area and don’t know many people but my coworker recommended C.A.M collision to us for our collision repair and I can honestly say we are so happy with the work they did. Not only was our vehicle left looking brand new, they were so friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional! It is a local family owned business and we love to support local businesses so they were perfect for us! We live in San Antonio and they are located in between new braunfels and Seguin, but we didn’t mind the location because we needed someone trustworthy and let me tell you we felt like they cared about our vehicle just as much as we do.

Will be returning and recommending to everyone I know. Great communication, knowledge, speed and pricing. Just purchased my van (used) and the fender liner came unfastened and shredded in my tire(without hitting anything). Took it in to have Luis look at it and was able to get it and the splash shield replaced. Fantastic customer service. Thank you again Luis!

A friend of mine recommended me to C.A.C. Collision LLC which she has used them before on her vehicle. She had nothing but good to say about Luis Madera the owner. And boy was she so right about this company and Luis. I took my Tahoe in for them to repair my hatch back. He did a fantastic job on it and a great honest guy to work with. Luis has definitely earn my trust. He will be my go to guy for my future needs. Before I found Luis I had gotten 2 other estimates and he beat them both. Even with the lower estimate he still gave quality work on my Tahoe. You can't even tell where the damage was. Plus a Bouns. He also gave my Tahoe back to me all washed and vacuum. Now who does that? I don’t even know where to start. Luis from the start of repairing my Focus rs was absolutely amazing. Worked with me and insurance very diligently after behind rear ended and was extremely professional and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made things super easy. Upon pickup the car look absolutely perfect and I was extremely pleased with the result as he went above in beyond with the repairs and I now will always use Luis for any of my body shop needs. I highly recommend him as he’s honest, fast, and puts out great work!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Luis and had some paintwork completed. The work was phenomenal, and the communication was at the next level. Always answered the phone if I had any questions and was always friendly. He also completed the project ahead of schedule, all these qualities seem very rare these days!
